A large feline slunk around the outskirts of King's Landing, its streamline body making it easy to maneuver past people. It was much longer than street cats, with black spots on a tawny coat that gave it a wild appeal. Two round, amber eyes watched the crowds as the cat crouched in an alley, long tail flicking back and forth behind it. The day was hot and stuffy, almost as though winter was not on its way. People were complaining and the street seemed to stink worse than usual.
The cat didn't seem fazed, sitting back on its haunches. Two vertical black stripes above its eyes gave it an angry look, like the feline couldn't be bothered. Small ears rotated forward, listening, still.
