The Main Rule, their leading group, is located in Rome and consists of 7 elite thieves. Seven branches are located at different cities of Italy, and every branch has a leader to help keep them under control. Thieves are known for their sly intelligence, and their charm. It's a natural ability; their smooth talk, enchanting voice, and essence of mystery draws people to them. Thieves can possess a possible of three powers: time manipulation, time travel, and teleportation. Most only have one, but to be selected for the Main Rule, you must have all three.
