Marnie took a bite of the food and smiled, "You're welcome," she chuckled after swallowing.

"Where was I..." Reagan mumbled to herself, "Oh! Right, is Marnie short for something, or..."

"Nope, it's just Marnie," She chuckled.

[Anime]

"It's a pretty name." Reagan replied without thinking, realizing that might have been a stupid question. "Sometimes I say what I'm thinking without thinking about it first..." She forewarned, maybe a little too late.

She waved her hand, "Don't worry about it. I don't mind."

"You say that now..." Reagan joked. "My mom use to say I should teach philosophy."

Marnie smiled, "And why's that?"

[Anime]

"My mom once told me, if offered the anything I always wanted--but couldn't question why--I'd choose asking questions." Reagan said, thinking about it as she said it. "If that makes sense."

She raised her eyebrows, "That's an unique answer."

[Anime]

"Well, we're all unique, including me. It's status quo that makes everyone...common." Reagan shrugged.

Marnie sipped at her drink, "Your mother is right about you being a philosophy professor." She commented.

[Anime]

"But imagine how many more questions I would ask, if I was..." Reagan polished off her meal.

"Questions are a good thing," Marnie smiled.

[Anime]

Reagan smiled. "One last question. What do you think of sports?"

Marnie wrinkled her nose, "Well, I'd never participate in them. I think they can be unnecessarily violent. But I don't mind them," She smiled.

"I can accept that answer." Reagan bargained. "I've gotten all of my preliminary questions out the way." She quipped.

Marnie grinned, "Preliminary questions? Were they already lined up?"

[Anime]

"Do I come off as the kind of person that lines up questions prior to a date?" Reagan ponders before adding, "Do I seem like the kind a person that would wait to ask a question?" She tops it off with a silly grin.

Marnie laughed brightly, her head tilting back, "Well, I guess not if you didn't wait for my answer the first time."

"I don't do that on purpose... I'm just overzealous at points." She comments, feigning guilty.
