Each person can nominate one club. You can vote for as many as you want. Once a club has five votes (the nominator's counts), it is approved for the final voting round. The winner of the final round will be the club that is created.

Set 100 years after a nuclear war destroyed civilization on earth, every country linked together their space stations, creating a place for all survivors to live, this is called the Ark. However, after 100 years of this, all inhabitants of the jail are sent to the earth to discover whether or not it is livable. While doing this they leave more oxygen in the space station for those remaining there. The people sent to earth are sent with nothing, no supplies, no weapons, nothing. They are forced to make a life of their own. There are no rules, no boundaries, and no leaders. Will they survive, or will radiation, or creatures left on earth, kill them all?

In the year 2021, mankind discovered a mutated organism. They called it the Gastrea; a man eating terror that brought the human race close to extinction. Mankind, in a last ditch attempt, threw up several monoliths around major cities made of an ore that repelled the creatures, called varanium. Humans also made weapons out of this precious substance, which can only be found in old civilizations before the gastrea were discovered.
Now the human race has only four major cities: Washington, Beijing, London, Tokyo. To fight these mutations, each city set up a defense organization called Agencies. These agencies are made up of an Initiator and a Promoter. Initiators are female children at the age of ten infected by a gastrea from birth. They have aspects of a certain organism that enhances their abilities. Promoters are their partners that keel them in control.
Club plot will basically be the four major cities surviving against the mutated insects/animals.
