The moaning of a horde echoed down the empty street, it was rain sheets of icy drops and yet... The parked and ruined cars' sirens still wailed as the undead bump into them, in pursuit of their prey. A young man limped as quickly as he could through the maze of cars, avoiding undead stil ltrapped by their seat belts.
He bled heavily from a wound in his arm and his large pack clearly weighed him down even as he fled. No weapons were visible... It was like watching the slowest wild goose chase know to man...
