Arien shook his head, blushing lightly, "That's none of my business. I'm just a fellow 'slave'. Caius is the one who takes care of all of that. I'm just expected to smile and be kind to everyone."
He grinned and kissed Samuel's forehead, "You're welcome."
"No standing around, you two," Faxon Delacroix grunted, walking in from the back. He glared at them with narrowed yellow eyes, his bright orange hair braided back.
He pulled him behind the counter and bit roughly into his shoulder,he let him go and growled in his face"shut your mouth prick" he growled, fangs hanging out of his gums.
Arien grabbed him by the arm, "Samuel!" he admonished in a sharp voice, "We don't attack people who work with us! If something like that happens again, Caius will kick you out on your a*s!"
Faxon's lips drew into a snarl as he touched the bite on his shoulder, "You better learn to behave better. No one wants to make contracts with someone who can't control themselves."
He nodded and shrunk away to the back, down the stairs and to his private room, grabbing a blood bag from the fridge, sucking it down just in case another temper control.
Faxon shrugged his shirt to the side, prodding at the bite mark, "He's lucky that I heal fast," the Fae muttered, watching his peachy skin knit back together.
"Try not to be so harsh," Arien murmured, pursing his lips, "He's still the new guy. It's always tough for the new ones."
