Description: Persecuted and put down since she was a little girl, Phoenix Holiday is a fragile soul. This cornsilk blonde has lived in poverty all her life, bouncing from place to place with deadbeat parents. Phoenix never grew up in a stable enviornment. Violence was always a looming prescence in the young mutant's childhood. She witnessed fights, robbings, even murder. In her hazel eyes, it was life at its simplest. Phoenix began showing signs of being a mutant when she was five years old. She was begging for food, as she often did because her parents barely made enough money to live on, when an older man tried to hurt her. In her fear and desperation, Phoenix harnessed fire- the one substance she knew could injure- out of thin air. She burned the man, quite awfully actually. Phoenix, horrified, never informed her parents of this event, instead locking the secret inside of her. Her fiery outbursts only occured when Phoenix was angry or frightened, however, the mutant began to harness her power. She could produce the fire when she wanted to, but the level of her power was still very high. She attended school with normal children, however, she was ostracized because of her "poor" clothing and lack of money. Phoenix never fit in with humans. Once she was old enough to take care of herself- 18- she left her parents. Now she searches for a place to feel safe and secure, feelings she's never felt before.

Description: A quiet, reserved seventeen year old girl. Her long hair is a mahogany brown color, falling in waves to just below her shoulders. She has round eyes, deep blue like sapphires. Hareena barely looks others in the eye for very long, mostly because if she does, Hareena catches a glimpse how that person will pass away. She has always possessed these powers, though when she was young she never thought they meant anything. She always saw her parents' death- a terrible car crash that left both of them unrecognizable- however, she didn't expect it to come true. But one day after school, the police arrived at her classroom and informed her of the accident. Hareena was horrified- so much that she went into a shocked state for several days. She was unresponsive and doctors eventually wanted to try anti-depression medication. She had to see a psychiatrist, a charming young man fresh out of college, whom she eventually spilled her visions to. Most would have sent her to an asylum straight away, but this man sent her somewhere else: Mutant High. Hareena has gradually started opening up, though she refuses to look anyone in the eye. She doesn't see her power as a 'mutation'; it isn't like some of the other kids. She will only speak when spoken to and won't say much about her past.

Description: Already widowed once with no heir to look after, Illium Wylde's life seems to have taken a turn for the worse. She hadn't originally wanted to marry the late Lord Wylde, but her family said it was her honor. She did so without argument and even managed to grow fond of her husband after a while. But he fell sick and passed away soon after and Illium was left on her own. They'd been trying for a baby, with no success. She has a fear that maybe her body is barren and she won't be able to carry children. She easily fell sick as a child and was very weak for a long time. Illium constantly visits the medic for remedies and potions to help make her body fertile, but now without a husband, it's rather pointless. Illium is waiting for someone to claim the spot, probably someone who was related to her late husband. It will happen eventually and she hopes that she'll be able to bear him children. Her mother told her that a woman who cannot do that is useless. Harsh, but it's what she believed in.
Illium is a beautiful twenty-four year old with silky strawberry blonde hair and large hazel eyes. She's a thin woman, her skin fair and her stature rather delicate. She curses her weak body for being so prone to sickness. Illium is a restless woman, unsure about herself and constantly battling with her half-sister, Darcy, whom she allowed to live with her.
