Daemon didn't show up there that day. He was pretty much holed up in his apartment. A few of his buddies had called him to invite him to different places, but he turned them all down. He didn't know what he wanted to do, and he felt trapped. Might as well be trapped physically, too.

Fel was there all day. She drank coffee, tea, chai, water, anything, and the barista kept supplying her, he knew at some point she would say something or leave

Eventually, Daemon dragged his but out of the apartment and headed down the street. He didn't go to any of his usual places; he wasn't really headed anywhere. He just had to walk.

When the sun was finally low in the sky, Felicity left the cafe and began to wander about the streets.

Daemon walked block after block, just headed in a straight line. Maybe he could just walk and keep walking, right on out of the city and away from everything. A strange line of thought for him. He'd always loved his life, loved partying and really just being a lazy a**. He loved the girl and booze and the way everyone respected him because of who his father was. Suddenly, though, it didn't seem to matter anymore.

Suddenly, for no reason at all, Felicity made her way towards the club. She just wanted to have fun, and for some reason this now meant fun.

And by some random chance, or perhaps fate, Daemon stepped out from the cross street a block away from the club. He spotted Felicity right away, and he stopped walking. He couldn't think, couldn't move. All of a sudden, his brain just shut off.

Felicity took no notice of the man watching her, instead striding into the club, offering the bouncer a polite smile. She went straight for the bar. She didn't want a light girly drink this time, she ordered a whiskey, sitting back to watch the people.

She vanished inside and Daemon shook his head slowly. "You stupid, moronic, shit-brain," he muttered. He shouldn't be chasing after this girl. It was dangerous for him and he could feel that. But he followed her inside anyway, nodding to the bouncer at the door.

She hadn't expected to see him. Although she should've expected him to be here. Stupid. She turned away, hoping he hadn't noticed her.

Daemon slowly made his way over to her, cursing every step. All he could think about was the way she'd kissed him... and then ran away. Why had she done that? Had she hated it that much? "Hey," he said, leaning against the bar beside her.

Damn it. "Hi." She said quietly, not looking at him.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

"You made a bit of a... explosive exit last time," Daemon said, watching her closely. "Care to talk about it?"

"Not particularly." Felicity mumbled, taking another swallow of her drink.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

"Well, I would," Daemon said. He leaned closer to her, probably invading her personal space, so he could lower his voice slightly. "I would like to know why you kissed me, and what reason you had for running afterward."

"Too bad." She snapped. "Leave me alone."

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

"No," Daemon said, surprising even himself. "Not a chance, Felicity. Not after that."

"Why the hell not, Daemon?" She snapped, whipping her head around to look at him.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Daemon's dark eyes burned with intensity as he stared her down. "Because I want to do it again," he said.

Felicity gasped. "Excuse me?"
