Dante felt a flash of jealousy at the look in Sati's eyes. Why, though? He wasn't the same boy he was years ago. He wasn't still in love with Nasir. Or, at least, he told himself that he wasn't.

Sati had been saying the male's name now for a minute. He was close to his face, a concerned look in his expression. "Dante? Are you in there?"

Dante blinked and his eyes focused on Sati's face. "What?" he asked dazedly.

He raised an eyebrow. By that time that Dante had returned from his daze he had blow dryed his hair, the long dark locks hanging over his shoulders and his bangs slightly covering one of his eyes. He definitely looked a lot more like Nasir than he did before.

Dante stared at him, stunned. Yep, that was definitely Nasir. That was the actor he'd had a (major) crush on for months on end. His obsession. Now he was standing right in front of him... and Andy was coming over. He felt a flash of anger. He wanted to kick the guy out the door as soon as he got here.

"Are you alright?" Satine's eyes flicked to Kay, as if asking if the boy's boyfriend was all there in the head, before looking back at Dante. He stood straight and rested his hands on his hips.

"Uh... yeah," Dante replied, giving his head a quick shake. "Just fine. When are the others going to get here?"

Sati looked at the clock on the wall. "Mm... any time now."

The doorbell rang, a pretty sound that reverberated throughout the entire home and he smiled. "Right on time!" He walked back to the grand staircase with Kay, talking with him.

Dante tagged along after them, trying to keep his head out of the clouds. This was serious. He wasn't going to make a fool of himself.

The co-stars immediately swarmed in, giggling and laughing and greeting Kay like he was an old friend. They hugged and kissed Sati's head and cheeks, sympathetic looks on their faces. And then... Sati's eyes glowed when he saw the last person on the doorstep.

The short-haired male stepped through the entrance, a smile on his face before he instantly scooped up the feminine male in his arms and hugged him, pressing his face into his neck and inhaling the familiar scent.

Sati smiled and closed his eyes, hugging him back around the neck.

Dante crossed his arms and stared at the two of them, not even realizing he was glaring. He loved them as a couple on TV... in real life, it pissed him off.

"Dante?" Kay looked alarmed as he rested a hand on his arm. "Are you ok? You look mad."

Sati pulled away a bit to look at Dante with concern. Andy still had his arms around his waist.

"Hmm?" Dante said, snapping his gaze away from Sati and Andy. He blinked at Kay. "Yeah, I'm fine," he said. "Just... nothing. Nevermind."

Sati led Andy into the living room by the hand. "What should we do?!"
"I don't know, I was looking forward to the alone time..."
Sati blushed.

Kay giggled as he saw his friend's blush. "Of course. Tradition."

"It's nothing," Dante muttered to Kay. "Remind me why Satine invited them?"

"It's like a... reunion before they go back to work." Kay smiled. "Come on, let's party!" He grinned and pulled Dante to the room where the rest of them were.

"Right," Dante muttered. "Party." This was going to be the most awkward party of his life. He just hoped he didn't make a fool of himself.

In the living room, everyone was chattering. Sati was sitting on Andy's lap while talking animatedly with one of his other co-stars, and Kay seemed to be jealous of the attention Sati was giving everyone but him. He walked over and tapped his friend's shoulder, causing the actor to stop and look at the younger. There was a spark of bodily conversation before he nodded and stood, getting off of his boyfriend.

"Excuse me, I have something to take care of." Sati smiled and led Kay out of the room and into the kitchen.

"Something?! Sati, you're an a**h***!"

"No, you're just too childish right now to understand what I'm dealing with. You wanted dessert, right? Let me get you a piece of cake."

"I don't want your damn cake!"

"Here."
