Zandra flipped over the sigh, indicating her little coffee shop was open. She looked out the window that allowed light to shine in from the entrance. It looked like it was going to be a pretty day. As she did, her eye caught on the little sign in the corner of the window, stating 'Help Wanted!' She smiled slightly, glancing around her small store. It was petite, but in a cozy way. Tables were spread out evenly, with the menu sprawled about the top of the walls on blackboards she had found. It went well with the color scheme. "Having fun Zandra?" A voice piped in suddenly. Zandra glanced back at the counter, raising an eyebrow at the young boy behind it. Ah yes, Phil. One of her first hirelings, and definitely the cheekiest.
"Well, I was until you butt in." She returned, heading back. He snorted.
"Yeah yeah. Blame it all on me." She only raised an eyebrow.
"If you insist." She replied innocently enough, heading back into the kitchen and washing her hands so she could make the pastries. "We still really need to find another person who can bake." She said. She could make all the pastries just fine, but another helping hand sure would help. And who knows? Maybe they could add to the menu.
"What, I'm not good enough?" Zandra only laughed.
"Phil, I think you'd be able to burn a salad if someone let you into the kitchen!" Phil glared around the doorway into the kitchen at Zandra.
"That is not true!" He protested.
"Hey! Back to your post!" Zandra ordered, smirking slightly. Phil opened his mouth to protest, but then shut it at the look Zandra was giving him. With a grumble, he returned to the counter and sat down in the chair.

Phil glanced up from a magazine and threw it onto the counter. "Austin! That you?! And yeah, this is my new job. Wanna buy something? We got a ton of options man." He said, motioning to all the blackboards with a grin
Austin went over to his friend, "I'm starving and dying of thirst, man. What's the best thing?" Austin stared at the blackboard reading out loud the options.

Phil exhaled before glancing up and reading them off. "Oh boy.... Just pick anything really. The owner's been places, tons of places. She's got a lot of recipes. Just... Pick whatever you want." He said with a shrug

Phil chuckled and nodded. "Alrighty then. Hey Zandra!" He yelled into the kitchen. She glanced over her shoulder.
"What?"
"We got an order!" Phil yelled, scribbling it down on a piece of paper before handing it to her. Zandra looked it over before going to work. In a few minutes, Phil came out with Austin's order.
"Thanks man, looks awesome. I bet your not allowed in kitchen after what happened last summer, at your old job." Austin laughed loudly, he loved roasting his friend but then he realized this is his new job... oppss.
