Kai opened the portal from Heaven to Earth and stepped through into the dimly lit back alley. He looked around in distaste. This wasn't exactly his ideal entry point, but... he had to be where no one would see him. Someone popping out of thin air would definitely raise some eyebrows. He left the alley, strolling along the dark street toward a nearby park.
