Jane saw assassins filling up the stairs and followed them, when she saw Elijah standing in front of the helicopter she walked over, holding Alices hand "whats going on?" She asked

" I'm going to be leaving for a few weeks," Elijah stands and kisses Jane lightly," I was just supervising the packing before going to say goodbye... I hope this wasnt too abrupt after our wedding..." He ruffles Alice's hair affectionately

Jane didnt smile after kissing him back "why didnt you tell me" she asked, she was already a month pregnant and her stomach slightly protruded and had been getting morning sickness, their wedding had been right after she found out she was pregnant again.

Elijah sighs and hugs her," I was afraid that you'd worry over it too much... I'm sorry, that was stupid..." He sighs and hugs her gently

She hugged him badk "dont be gone too long please" she said

" I promise, Its just a few weeks..." He trails off and slips a small pistol into her hand," Protect yourself and Alice before anyone else, I know these men will guard the Headquarters well... But just in case..." He kisses her ear and pulls away, picking up a large pack and glancing at Alice with a playful smile," What? No hug?" He teases gently

Jane concealed the gun in her jacket and then let go of Alices hand

Alice jumped up and hugged him "come back soon Daddy" she said in her small sweet voice

Elijah hugs her tightly in his arms, burying his face in her soft hair before murmuring," Always.... Be a good girl now, ok?"

Jane smiled at the sight her brow furrowing sadly, she didnt want him to leave, not now at least.

Elijah kisses her forehead as he stands and blows a kiss to Jane before hopping into a helicopter, hauling the large pack and guns with it

She pretended to catch the kiss and grabbed ahold of Alices hand again. They watched the helicopter leave and Jane sighed

(Will he be gone for seven years)

(Nope, the seven years this was that SINCE jane had been tortured, he was trainig the assassins forthe last seven years so it didnt happen again... He'll just be gone a few weeks)

(Yeah sure totally because well they are married now so i expect them to be together forever)

The few weeks were horrible for her and Alice, Alice had been playing a lot but because her mother was bent over the toilet most of the time she was only playing with her tiger. Jane had been sick and in pain all throughout the weeks and according to the other assassins Elijah was supposed to come home today, her pale and hallowed cheeks smiled and as she laid in the bed her thin body attached to an IV she hoped he would be home soon.

Heavy footfalls echo down the hall, Elijah burstig into the medical wing. He had grown a small beard and he looked like he hadnt taken a shower in weeks due to the dust caking his skin but he hugs her any way,"... Hey hon..." He murmurs

Alice followed him , sitting on her tiger.

Jane smiled weakly at him "hey darling..." She said her voice soft and weak.

" you haven't been eating, huh?" He murmurs and kisses her again and again, hugging her gently

"I have, but it all just seems to come right back up"she said placing a hand on his cheek
