Evan can look at people in the eyes and see what their capable of, and how they would react to certain situations thrown at them.

Evan's wings are a rare sight, as she was brutally beaten by an eraser in her escape of the school. She can fly, yes, but only for short periods of time. She's usually carried by one of her flock mates. This fact doesn't degrade their opinion of the brunette, and it in fact makes them feel more able to trust her. Everyone has quirks--and hers is that and the fact that the sight of blood scares the s*it out of her. She isn't one of the strongest, she wouldn't have been ripped up by an eraser if she could really fight and kick some **s, but if she wanted to, she couldn't take your brain and rip it apart piece by piece--mentally, not physically.
