Fae had shown them back to their room, now she sat in the training yard, the moon overhead shining dimly on the wet ground. the rain had faded to a small mist that dampened everything to an uncomfortable humidity. she sat on her knees, looking as if she was praying... Odd runes were scraped into the mud around her, Fae's head hung low and she twitched every now and then but nothing more..

Catherine peered from her bedroom window, watching Fae curiously, "What do you think she's doing?" She whispered to Kit.

"Cat, hush. Stop snooping."

Fae shivers once and opens her eyes, placing her palm on the mud beneath her. blackish-red liquid filling the crevices in the mud... blood...

the liquid followed the cracks until all of the runes were filled, Fae was shivering and gasping softly, but twists her hand. the liquid dripping upwards into the opposing rain..

"Cat," he said sharply, but she was already climbing out the window and scaling down the wall swiftly.

Fae watches the drops of blood hang suspended in the air before it began to form a shape in front of her... she grew more pale and couldn't help but keep shaking, her vision growing fuzzy..
