Julianne nodded, "If I can figure out what makes you heal- I can save a ton of lives! Or," she said quietly, shuffling her feet, "at least ease the pain for someone."
Julianne pouted for a moment at his passiveness, then let out a quiet sigh, "Well, if that's settled, do you think... That you could accompany me back to the town?" she asked, "I don't remember how to get back. And it's late-" she added, gesturing to the window, "I might not be able to find my way." In all honesty, Julianne knew she could find her way back easily, but it was late- and fear gripped her heart at going out alone. Even in leopard form.
Julianne placed her hands on her hips huffily, throwing her long hair in frustration. After a moment, realizing she could do nothing to make him change his mind. She let out a large sigh, and padded through the door, following him. She came to a hall full of doors, and she tentatively started to open a door.
There were all different types, some more modern, others extremely simple, the one she happened to open he jumped in front of her " this room in mine, chose any of the others.
Julianne jumped back at once, letting out a small screech of surprise, before embarrassed nodding and heading further down the hall. Eventually, she chose the room furthest away from her host's, and settled down for the night.
Julianne stirred groggily from the guest bed, and promptly fell off. "OWWW!" she groaned, rubbing her head. The warm scent of Bacon wafted towards her, and her stomach rumbled, reminding her that she hadn't eaten since the previous day.
"C-Coming!" Julianne shouted, quickly coming through her long red hair with her hands, and scurrying out of the room and into the kitchen, where she promptly plopped down on a chair, and then looked up at Joesph uncertainly, unsure whether she should serve herself, or let him decide her portion. Her stomach growl impatiently, and she blushed a little.
Julianne opened her mouth to say that she didn't like eggs, then realized that to refuse would be very rude. But the thought of that disgusting taste- it would be ruder to make him make her some and then NOT eat them. "I'm not a big fan of eggs," she sugercoated.
Julianne shook her head, "No, no- I don't want to inconvenience you, this bacon should be fine. I'm not very hungry." Her stomach let out a large growl as if to argue with her. "Well, not any hungrier than usual," she amended.
Julianne sighed, with her own body rebelling against her, she had no choice, "A crepe would be fine," she said quietly, taking one of the bacon pieces. She hesitated for a moment before biting it, and a small smile crossed her face. Her stomach growled again, reminding her to hurry up. She bit down quickly, relishing in the taste of bacon!
