Liberta wasn't one to talk to girls and hang around them, but today there was a desperate need for it. There was a guy--a nice guy, asking him to go out with him. Liberta liked the guy, he was a good friend, but he just didnt swing that way. So now, he had an imaginary girlfriend who was supposed to meet the guy tonight and prove that Liberta was indeed, straight.
So that's why he was in his current frenzy search of a girl--any girl would do at this point, he just needed one so he could continue being a pirate CAPTAIN and not a 'uke'--whatever the hell that was.
Fortunately for him, there was a certain visitor the Kingdom of Sylvr that day. Azalea Winterbrook walked with her chocolate hair done up in curls. Her blue eyes were bright and blue as crystals. She looked like a little china doll walking through the town.
The noisy blonde maneuvers through the crowd and stops once he sees Azalea. Female... Looked girly... She fit the bill. The long saber on his side jingled and gathered attention of others on the street that influenced them to move out of the young mans way, "h-hey um, you there,"
At first, she didn't respond, since she wasn't used to be addressed that way. Finally, Azalea's head snapped up, away from some merchant's goods and her icy eyes focused on Liberta for a moment. She regarded him warily, pausing.
"Sorry I just don't know, um--" panic swims through his eyes, "Your name. Sorry. I was wondering if you would be interested in a small job," he claps his hands together in a prayer and bows his head, "Please."
He opens one eye that had closed as he had bowed his head, "This is going to sound very weird, and yes you can say no and slap me," he straightens up and gives a weak smile, "I need a fake girlfriend for the day,"
"That, is a long story." He admits with a sheepish look, "If your not totally against it--how about I buy you something to eat, and tell you over lunch?"
"Liberta," he replies to her own introduction, "Nice to meet you," the teal eyes boy honestly says before slowly facing down the street, "Any preferences?"
"Anything but apples," he echoes with a smile, "Okay, that shouldn't be too hard," he slowly starts to walk, his pace a laid back one that showed he either had a lot of time on his hands or was just that kind of person.
