The next day, Kai had skipped a majority of the day due to resting in bed. Though, once it reached late afternoon he finally got up, showered, and dressed for the last part of school.

Entering the herbology classroom a moment before the bell rang, he took his seat quickly, slumping down in hopes to not be seen.
