you'd understand if you've seen Sword Art Online. I wanna do a plot in Cosmic Era where several people are teleported to a virtual world and have to beat the game to survive. The ideas more like Log Horizon because its not just their consciousness that's trapped.
It started when a game was having an update called 'Nova sphere' that would turn the game into a world that was as big as Earth. Right when the update started, several thousand people that were partaking in the update were transported into the other world.
The other world is a magical MMO where players choose different races and classes. The game encourages PKing, and when you die you are resurrected at the town or areas spawn point. YOU CANNOT ESCAPE THE GAME THROUGH DEATH.
The only way the thousands of people that were captured can escape is to find out what the creator of the game wants them to do, which is to UNITE the massive world. Several factions had been made already though, so doing that is a far away idea.
My character is going to be a veteran player that has never joined a guild and doesn't enjoy joining massive groups. She's of the rogue class, with the subclass of pirate.
You can come up with whatever class as long as you don't god mode with it. The main classes though are warrior, rogue, Mage, priest, hard, shaman, etc. Subclasses are branches of the main class that are 'jobs' associated with that class. Pirate would give my character the skills of pirate, such as the usage of cutlass and dual wielding. Other talents like 'steal' and attacks will only be used in PVP or PVC (player vs player and player vs computer)
Multiple people can join in on this, but I would prefer the limit to be three. If you have any questions, PM me. To join this, post below with character information like the class and if you want to be a close friend of my character somehow.
