Lumi gently moves to the side and lays her down on the couch carefully. He fixes the blanket so that it covered her. He steps back a bit and turns the TV off, looking at his watch tiredly.

Caoi yawns and burrows beneath the blankets, dreamig about crow men and fallen stars...

He watches her with a weak smile for a few moments before slipping out the front door. He needed to pick up his stupid check so he could buy dinner for her when she woke up.

As he left the room, she gasps softly, her eyes snapping open,"...." A small tear sliding from her ees that she quickly pushes away

Lumi starts up the hover car and drives to the UC capital building offices.

People were crowding the streets, mos celebrating because... Hell... No one got enslaved!

Lumi looks to the side of the streets, his eyes glinting behind the tinted windows. A part of him, the bug fraction, was sneering at them. The alien part was wishing they were more moderate--and the little human side was wishing he had something good and strong to drink. Like pepper mint chocolate. He stops and slides out of the car avoiding the ice. Check and go. Then warm craving satisfaction.

Cali had forced herself up, shaking her head... She could hear cheering... Weird. But walks to the kitchen... Aleast bacteria hadnt grown back in the sink, she though as shr began fixing hot chocolate.. He'd probably like some too... Lumi was a peppermint freak so he probaby stashed it like an addict

Lumi walks back out of the building stuffing the envelope in his back pocket. He sniffs the air a bit--one of his bugs picked up the smell of what he had just been thinking of in his house. He smiles a bit to himself and slides back to his car starting it back up. He's try and get back quickly to get it while its warm.

" Peppermint... Peppeeeeeer-MINT.... Pepp--" caoi was hunting through his cabinets," Nev'r has anythin' labeled... Thought it'd be in neon..."

A pink and yellow labeled can suddenly assaults her eyes, but as she found it the holo pad started ringing. "Should I answer it Agent?" The female voice echoes through the house. "It's from a private line."

" Yeah, go ahead," she calls back, realing back in suprise at the label but recovers and grabs it, rolling her eyes and mimbling," I knew et.."

The line crackles a bit before Clouds voice floods the line, "hello? Oh please tell me Lumi's there, Caoihme! I-I,"

" U-uhm... N-no ma'am, nawt right at the moment, want me to tell 'im somethin'?"

[Light]

"So that was him then." She gets quiet. "You won't be able to Caoihme. He's here, in the hospital. There was a sudden hover car wreck, their saying the driver had a seizure or something,"

" WHAT?!?" Caoi shrieks, dropping the peppermint

[Light]

"Oh god, their showing them pulling him of the CAR,"her voice gets farther as she drops the phone on the be and starts sobbing, "Caoihme, get here quickly, there's so much bl-blood,"

Caoi doesnt answer, already out the door and in a hover car..

There was a huge fuss in front of the hospital, and Cloud sat in a wheelchair biting on her nails. She was in front of the emergency room, her IV stand beside her, still connected to her arm.

Caoi flew down the hall, immediately reaching the emergency room and reaching out to throw open the doors
