Cloud jerks her head up, her green eyes widening. The motion sensor went off once. Then again. Then hands banged against the window frantically. She jumps up and grab she'd chair, breaking off the safety lock with it. It flies open and Lumi sits upright clawing at the cords connected into him. "Lumi!" She wails in relief. He calms down as the water pours out of the tube, and Cloud hugs him. "Woke up--he woke up!"

Caoi opens her eyes, squinting,"... Yer awake," she lays back down on the couch of her home, feelig dizzy with relief... He was ok... Its ok...

[Light]

He blinks sleepily and lightly pats her head. "Smells like rotting onions...."

"Someone from work sent flowers," she explains sitting back. "I couldn't set them on fire."

He looks at his hands. They were bigger. HE was bigger.

Caoi takes a deep breath, getting to her feet," I'm sorreh, little ones," she mrmurs to the nanos as she exits her home, she had wrtten an apology note and left it on her bed if she didnt return. Caoi climbs into her car and sets off... She felt calm... But scared..

Cloud quietly rocks on her heels on him put a shirt on. She then supports one of his sides and leads him across the room to the hospital bed and tucks him in quickly. "Your gonna have a visitor,"

"Who?" He blinks owlishly at her, "Cao?"

Cloud freezes and nods, "Yes... The agent is coming." She curtly answers as she yanks her cardigan closer around her. She hands him a few mints and leaves quickly.

A few minutes, Caoi appears, she looked as if she hadnt slept in a long time but smiles," Lumeh..."

He had a handful of mints in his mouth when she came in. He blinks a few times and swallows them quickly. "Hi."

She laughs softly and strokes his hair," Lumeh... I'm sorry...

The fried spikes poke at her hand, "For...?"

" Lumeh.. After i tell this to you... You can kill me , ok..?" She says softly as she sits on the side of his bed," Ok?"

His eyes follow her around the room and he frowns. Today wasn't starting out to be a good day. His mom wasn't happy. Cao was acting weird. His room smelled bad.

Capi blinks and closes her eyes," I killed Itami when we first got the namos... I wanted to test them... But they went to Cloud too... And... I pulled them away before they could do anything... Remember when we were arguing and i said i wasnt sure if i wanted to control them? If i could?" She stops and keeps her eyes closed

He looks down at the sheets, pulling at a thread. "Cao... Cao, I know."

Caoi flinches,"..." So he knew..." i'm going to turn myself in, ok?... Now thats your nanos are gone, you'll be safe from people asking questions.."

"They aren't technically gone," he looks out the window, "I absorbed them in the flash fire. I panicked when... I saw what you had done. In a... Freaky alien vision. And the bugs freaked out. Then there was a explosion. You don't have to."

"... You're mad at me, still, arent you?" She asks, secretly hoping her was..

"I'm not... Necessarily mad..." He winces a bit and readjusts his position. "I was a little disappointed... Then maybe sick... And confused..."

Feeling something in her chest shatter, she bows her head," Then.. Jus dislike me.. Please... It'd make it easier..."

"You know..." He wriggles his nose a bit and unwraps another mint. He pops it in his mouth and rolls it around, "I love you Caoihme. My mom... She won't forget it... I won't that easily either... But I love you, ya know?"
