Ash held up his hands in a placating gesture. "Relax. I was just bored. I mean you no harm."

[Lyla]

"Sure as hell you mean me no harm. " Leah spits, "how can I get you out of my hair?" She asks impatiently. She wanted to go back to her painting

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Ash chuckled lightly. "That's the best part. You can't. You'll just have to put up with me."

[Lyla]

"Whatever you say hunny." She says with a wave. Pulling a blanket that's nailed to the wall aside, sliding out an old window she hops down. She didn't want to deal with much of anyone, let alone a complete stranger that's following her around. If he continued to follow her she could always lose him in the multiple parties raging around the area.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Ash cocked his head before shrugging and heading out the same way he'd come in. Then he returned to the faerie realm, hoping to get back before someone noticed he was gone.

[Lyla]

Leah kept alert, she knew the kind of people that scurried around these kinds of places at night. She had a job to get to anyway, hurrying to a busy street, she began to jog the the bigger house at the end of many narrow streets. Letting herself in with her key, she got a few greetings, but the best one was the three kids racing down the stairs to swing around her legs. Laughing softly, Leah picked the youngest and only girl up, "let's get you all tucked in, so Leah can begin her real job." And started to carry the three up the stairs. One boy on each leg, and the little girl in her arms.

(Sure, where are we now then?)

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

(Ash could be a creeper and follow her next time she goes out)

[Lyla]

(Alright, you writing now or me?)

(I think you should, since he's going to follow her)

[Lyla]

(Okie dokie) Leah left her job, the residents were nice to her, the kids were great, and the other people that worked there treated her fair enough. But she didn't live there like the rest, hopping down the steps gracefully, she began her march back to her little hide away.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

A shadow moved along behind her, tailing her. Always there, never seen.

[Lyla]

Leah looked around, being careful in certain parts of neiborhoods. She hurried along until she was almost 'home'. Heaving her bag over her shoulder as she ducking in through the small opening.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Ash climbed up to the second floor of the building and watched the street through the window, waiting to see if she'd come back out.

[Lyla]

Looking around Leah was exhausted. But she still had to work in the morning. Getting the kids ready for school and sending them off. And she knew she wouldn't be sleeping so she went and sat in the windowsill, looking out at the street.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

When she didn't come out, Ash climbed back down to the street and walked around to the back of the building. There had to be another way into that place, one where he could come and go quietly.

[Lyla]

She watched the lights dim along the streets. Knowing that this is when the city usually started to go black, except her light. The one across the street lit up her little shack she called home.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Ash sighed when he didn't find anything. She'd certainly chosen a good place for her little hideout. There was only one way in and out... that he could find. There was probably an escape route out the back.

[Lyla]

She figured she should probably get some shut eye before going back to work. Swinging her legs back into the house, she shuffles over and plops down in the corner, snuggling into the blankets she closed her eyes. Thinking about that weird guy that followed her home, Leah did mumble to herself a little, "at least he's a cute stalker..."
