The arrows hit, and a gold light flashes in the clearing, "DAMN YOU!!" A shrill voice screeches. She back peddles and looks behind her. Fire. Were they hit?

Danny hugs the child as the searing pain explodes on her back... Heat... Incredible heat...

Alice indignantly howls and throws herself onto her knees trying to swipe the flames away. Magic? She was mentally exhausted. But there was a bubbling sensation filling her up. What was that? Ali had described it to her once, it kinda felt like anger. Bad anger--the kind that made others kill.

The little boy hispers and hugs danny tighter, Danny never releasing her grin of the little boy though the pain... It was like her skin was... Meltin away or being eaten...

"Danny," Alice whimpers, "I'll stop it," she jerks to the side and holds her hand up, letting an arrow go through it.

The little boy hugs her and eventually falls unconcious, Danny vaguely watching hi though she felt him go limp... He was breathing which made more tears fall... This time of happiness,".... Thank.... God..."

Alice scoops up some of the blood on the ground in he hand and stands up. She turns it around in her hand before it straightens out, the blood red dominating the water the was in it. It forms a sword, and she gazes at the arches with a smile. "Your lucky hes alive. You though... I'm thinking of making you scream for awhile. Can you wait for a bit Danny? I'm just gonna play with them for a bit,"

Danny hears this and trembles,"... A-Alice...?"

"I'll take that as a yes," she snarls before there's a scream. The sound of flesh ripping apart is drowned by enthusiastic laughter. The sword gets bigger as more blood is take from the body, and she turns from that one to the next. And then the next.

Danny hugs the child tighter," Alice...." She whimpers before slumping to theground, her vision growing dark

When Alice had calmed down, she'd picked up Danny and the child. She felt better, lots better. Not a spot of blood was on her dress, but her skin was etched with red markings. Her magic flickered and steadily grew, and she started healing what she could.

Danny didn't move but the little boy stirred, the arrow falling away when she heals him. She hugs her neck tightly, tears wetting his cheeks

Alice continues forward taking them to Heisukes resturaunt, the place she had taken the others. "You'll be safe here." She hums to them. "Heisuke isn't here now. But he'll take care of you."

The little boy sniffles," Danny...? Wha.... Daaaaannny...."

[Light]

Alice frowns and turns Danny over, pushing her magic inside the girl. She wasnt dead. She couldn't be dead. Why was the boy crying? The blonde began to panic. Friend. Her friend couldn't die. Her eyes flicker and she freezes a bit. This was familiar. Had she been through this before...?

Alice grabs blankets and sheets, putting them over the two. More men. They were searching. She'd have to leave and lead them away. Then kill them.

Danny shivered but the child stayed next to her, snicelling

Alice runs a hand over Danny's forehead, a small red curl forming on the edge of her hairline. "Tell Heisuke or Danny what happened, okay? She's gonna be just fine. You'll see."
