They sat in the headmaster's office, which was like a very nice personal lounge.
The headmaster was running late, Adara's leg was shaking in anticipation for him to slam open the door and scream his lungs out at her.

Elia held her hand and squeezed it reassuringly.

She returned his smile, but her face dropped when the door opened and a man came in, a man she hasn't seen in a while.

"Ah, in trouble already are we, Adara?" His stern voice made her body instantly freeze.
The werewolf jumped out of her chair and bowed her head, "Alpha..."

Elia raised his eyebrow, 'that is not the headmaster' he thought angrily. He raised Adara to full height, "you are no longer his servant my love don't bow to him" he told her before glaring at the man,"who are you, you are not the headmaster" he growled at him.

Adara eye widen, "Elia, please--"

The huge man stalked forward, his eyes calmly looking over the disrespectful boy infront of him.
"I don't like the company you kept, child. I taught you better."

"Father--"
The murderous glare her Alpha gave her shut her up instantly. She bowed her head in submission.
Adara knew she shouldn't have called him that...why was she so mentally challenged?

Elia held his gaze, though the alpha was taller in human stature, everything about the older man reeked with weakness. Elia was powerful, too powerful, for anyone, in fact even an archangel had recognized his powers, and no archangel has ever done that, ever. But Elia wasn't cocky, just protective.
"So your the horrible father of my mate I've heard of" he growled angrily, squeezing her hand again, very gently, telling her he would not challenge him but merely invite him to back the fu*k off.

Adara wanted to sob. Just shut up, she mentally screamed at him.

The Alpha bared his sharp teeth in a smile, a evil smile, "So my daughter speaks ill of me? Is that right, Adara?" He spoke her name with disgust.

She kept her head down, and shoke her head, "No, Alpha, I wouldn't--"

He smirked at her frightened state, her fear gave him power. "You should learn respect, boy. Take a lesson from my daughter."

He chuckled,"thats not respect, it's fear" he said baring his own long sharp fangs. His eyes flashed crimson then an iridescent purple then golden then finally bright, insanely bright blue this was the sign of ultimate dominance, nobody could do that except him and his brothers, the eyes of a vampire then of an archangel, next an alpha werewolf, and last, his own, an Aloha shifter. Shifters were feared amongst all supernaturals, especially him amd his brothers, and if this werewolf had known anything about him, he would have backed out the moment he saw him. "Your daughter has not spoken ill, I have merely heard the truth."

Her father stepped back, knowing what this creature was and what he was capable of.
The Alpha growled, relaxing dawning on him, why else would any man be this protective of his daughter. "How are you mates? Where is Parco?"

Adara was confused, why had her father stood down? She could feel the power radiating from Elia, but wasn't her father the most powerful man in the world? At least, that's what she grew up thinking.

She was still afraid of his reaction to her answer, "Parco...isn't my mate anymore...he.." She couldn't find the words.

Elia didn't smile,"he's gone, left almost two days ago, he was harassing her so me and my brothers told him to back off and in that event I had no other choice to save Adara besides making her my mate" he said.
After he was done speaking he sat down, he had said brother, hinting him that there were more than one or two of creatures exactly like him in this school willing to protect Adara now.

Alpha Naharr took the hint as a threat, but covered up his fear with amusement.

A plot was forming in his mind. He had to get his daughter close to him so he could touch her.

The first gift Adara was born with was the power to enhance another's abilities by touch. He trained her like a dog to control her power so that he would be the only one to be able to use it, not allowing anyone else too know if her gift. He drilled it into her mind (technically her body) to keep it a secret, and she has. Not one person besides Naharr and Adara know.
Naharr used this to his advantage and ended up taking over half the countries' packs.
Naharr was a weak Alpha with a small pack before his daughter had granted him ultimate power.

He stepped closer to his daughter causally, his face showed fake worry, "Adara, I didn't know." He glared at Elia before looking back at his daughter, "Come over here and let me see you!"

He narrowed his eyed and kept ahold of Adaras hand, he could see the threat in his eyes,"Adara, Don't, I don't trust him, he's planning something" he told her before starting towards the door with her, he was getting her out of here, he would explain it later, but for now, by mate's bond he wasn't letting her father near her.

Naharr couldn't go after them. No, not here, not the right place or time.

He sat down in the headmaster's chair and watched the middle aged man walk in, "Finally, we have things to discuss."

Once they were in her dorm did she finally breath. Adara wanted to let lose and sob, but she held it in, not wanted to make her mate uncomfortable.

She did glare at him, "You can't do that...not to my fa--Alpha."

He turned to her and cupped her cheek gently,"babe, you have nothing to worry about, he's weak without you, believe in yourself, don't let him scare you, because I will protect you for as long as I live....ok?" He reassured her, hoping she trusted him with her emotions and would let lose, he could see she wanted to cry, her eyes were watery and red.

Adara looked into his eyes and she suddenly didn't feel the need to cry, "Just hold me." She whispered.

He nodded and wrapped his strong, protective arms around her, pulling her gently into his warm, comforting chest. He was so grateful to have her, and he would not let her go unless thats what she wanted.

She held onto him for dear life. Adara wrapped her arms around her mates neck, "Bed, please." She whispered, exhausted.

He lifted her feet off the ground, wrapping her legs around his waist. He laid her down gently and laid next to her, holding her close.

Adara snuggled into him like a kitten and fell fast asleep.

He stayed awake, watching over her and holding her for her comfort.
