The ring if the bell was nothing but a mild nuisance to her. Tay gave a slight groan and plopped listlessly onto the cold concrete and scooted back, wedging herself between the two brick walls obscuring her from view. The cold bite of the New York air nipped at Tay's skin and she couldn't help but feel the urge to mentally kick herself for forgetting her knit scarf. Oh well, she thought dejectedly. 

She didn't really care much about the fact that she should probably get back to Stats, considering this would be her fourth tardy that week. But, honestly, the brunette had other things in mind. She ran a hand through her thick locks before smirking to herself. Tay reached down to ther pocket and pulled out a small ziplock bag. Inside the thin plastic was a bundle of gray-green herb that had been ground-up. The girl gave a relieved sigh and extracted a small slip of paper along with a lighter out of the pocket in the hoodie that hung loosely from her thin frame. 

As she rolled up a blunt for herself, Tay pondered whether, on the off-chance, she'd be caught. She snorted and rolled her warm chocolate eyes. "Chhyeah..." She muttered, flicking on the lighter before raising the blunt to her pink lips. "As if..."

"As if what?" came a voice from behind her, slightly to her left. Caiden leaned against the nearby wall, a twinkle in his azure eyes. He chuckled to himself as he pushed himself away from the wall, brushing a bit of dirt off his shoulder, not even trying to hide his look of distaste. He really should avoid leaning against filthy brick walls. Wouldn't want to ruin his $500 dollar jacket. He flashed a smile at Tay. "Don't worry," he said. "I won't turn you in."

A tall boy snatched the blunt from her fingers, he stood behind her and was well known as one of the sexiest guys in school, though he wasn't popular, in fact he tended to hang with the less popular of the school. "A little risky dontcha think? Smoking on school grounds?" He said to her in his smooth voice. He had a nicely muscled body and his hair was black and flipped up in the front, his eyes were like daggers that seemed to go right to your soul and understand and accept you.

Tay immediately jolted up, her brown eyes stretching wide as the blunt balancing precariously between her fingers was snatched away before she could even inhale. She furrowed her eyebrows and gave slight growl as she shot both boys looks of annoyance. "Really?" She muttered, standing up. She gave a nearby pebble a touch kick with her combat boots and scowled--although it came out as more of a scowl. She turned first to the boy with the blue eyes. "I was saying 'as if I was gonna get caught,'" she retorted snarking before eying the other (attractive) teen. "But it seems like I've been caught." she groaned and extended an arm. "Can I have it back?" Tay smartly evaded their questions.

The golden eyed boy smiled and looked to the other "i dont know, can she?" He asked with a small snicker.

Caiden smirked, though he was eyeing the other boy with a faintly irritated expression. He didn't like other attractive guys coming to steal the attention away from him. He might not be the hottest guy in school, but he was as charming as they came, and he was still good-looking. "Nah, I think we should keep it all to ourselves," he said. He ran his fingers through his untidy blond hair and shot Tay a mocking smile.

The girl crossed her arms across her chest and leaned her hip against the brick wall. She was tall and thin--a light willowy frame. Her oversized sweatshirt hung loosely from her frame and her tights and combat boots gave her an air of lazy attractiveness--something only a few girls could pull off. She flipped her thick brown locks and scowled at them. "You guys are pricks," she commented boldly, rolling her eyes. Despite her perfect, ivory skin and petite frame, Tay was no push-over. "If you guys want a hit, just ask..." She mumbled, rolling up the sleeves of her sweatshirt--exposing the ink that curled up her arm. "But lemme tell ya, stealin' a girl's blunt isn't very nice..." Tay added, tugging at her brown hair.

He handed her the blunt back, "i can roll my own blunt, i was just pulling your string" he said and pulled out his own back of the weed.

Caiden didn't ask for a hit from either of them. He talked a good game, but no one had actually seen him do drugs. If he was caught... well, he was already being punished for a million other things. Besides, he wasn't really into that. So he stayed where he was, silently watching the two of them.

With an almost inaudible sigh of relief, Tay relit the blunt and raised it to her bow-shaped lips. Before she inhaled, however, her brown eyes flicked over to Caiden. "You suddenly got quiet," Tay commented drily.

He didnt roll one, just put his back, he had only come over to tease a bit.

Caiden's lips slid into an easy smile. "Just thinking about something," he said with a shrug. "Nothing to worry about, sweetheart."

Out of the corner of her eye, Tay noticed the other teen put away his rolled-up blunt. She shot him a sour look for messing with her before sticking her own in her mouth. She took a long drag and closed her brown eyes as the tendrils of smoke twirled their way down her throat. She held it for a few slow seconds without letting out a single cough before puffing it out. Her gaze flicked back over to Caiden, eyebrows raised ever so slightly. As the smoke floated from her lips and away into the cold air, Tay rolled her eyes. "'Sweetheart'?" She retorted. "You barely even know me. You're Katy, right?" Tay asked with feigned innocence.

He sighed and looked between the two.

"Ha ha," Caiden said. "Very funny." He was pretty sure there wasn't a girl in school that didn't know his name. Or maybe that was simple conceit.

Tay gave an unimpressed eye-roll and puffed out once more. "I'm Tay, before you two ask." she announced boldly through the tendrils of blue-white smoke rising from her lips before flashing a smirk. "And you two are?"

"Im Jason" he said with a smile.

"Caiden," he said, clearly irritated at having to give his name. He was so sure that everyone knew who he was.

Tay noticed with amused detachment Caiden's irritation. He seemed phased by her comment and she couldn't help but s Ickes to herself. Twisting the blunt between her thing fingers, she rested against the grimy building. "Now I can't help but wonder how I got myself trapped in a corner with two annoying boys," she wondered aloud, a feigned for,Ron sigh escaping her lips. "I mean," she raised her warm chocolate eyes to gaze at them through her lashes. "I'm not all that interesting."
