Leo groaned, "A few /weeks/?! But that's so long!"

The sulking boy looked back at his friend, "Can I at least show Tory my room?"

"Keep the door open. I don't want you two doing anything inappropriate."

Leo blushed, "/Mom/!" He grumbled and grabbed Tory's wrist, leading him to the bedroom.

The older boy just smirked and poked Leo's neck playfully, "What's wrong?~"

Sky hummed in acknowledgement and took the pot over to the sink to pour the water through the strainer placed in the basin.

Leo opened his bedroom door, "That's embarrassing. Why would he say that ?" He muttered as he walked in.

"I thought it was funny," Tory shrugged.

The front door opened and Ross trudged in, yawning.

Sky was too lost in thought to notice Ross's arrival, having been thinking about the rebellion Leo had committed. Was it the end, or just the beginning?

"Dinner smells good," Ross commented as he hung up his coat, "Where are the pups?"

Tory glanced at the door, "Is that your father?"

Leo's ears flattened, "Oh god...I don't want to face him after momma."

"They're asleep in our room." Sky replied in a distracted tone, placing the noodles in a large serving bowl.

He blinked and walked over, "Is something wrong, Sky? You looked troubled."

"Your son has done something that I'm not happy about. I suppose it's my fault - I went through the same thing he did when I was his age, and I didn't do anything to prevent early onset thoughts before it happened."

"Leo? Oh lord, what's he done?" Ross sighed heavily and sat down at the counter.

"Leo, would you please come out here? Alone."

There was some shuffling around before Leo sighed and slowly walked out of his bedroom, peeking into the kitchen, "Yes, Momma?.."

Ross looked over and blinked, before narrowing his eyes, "What the hell is on your face?"

"Teenage rebellion. Welcome to parenthood." He leaned against the sink with an annoyed look on his face.

"Get over here right now," Ross ordered, his voice tight, but calm.

"They're just piercings.." Leo sulked, walking over to them with his head bowed.

Sky crossed his arms over his chest. He would allow Ross to scold, but he would step in if need be. They didn't need to make the kid feel too horrible.
