It was only a few days until Leo was being shipped off to Academy as per his mother's request. It wasn't fair that he had no say in his own life- why couldn't he go to public school like his friend Tory? That way he'd be able to keep his friends and still live with Momma Sky and Daddy Ross. But ever since they had those puppies, Leo felt like he was not so important anymore. Perhaps Academy was just a way to get rid of him in an easy way so they could focus on the pups. The fifteen year old had to admit, it hurt.
"тσ∂αу ι'м ησт муѕєℓƒ. αη∂ уσυ, уσυ'яє ѕσмєσηє єℓѕє."~
So many things were changing in his life, just as he'd gotten used to it. He didn't live on the street anymore, he didn't have to steal. He finally had a stable family...that was now sending him away. Along with that, his body was feeling different too. He'd get strange urges during different times that confused and scared him. Tory told him it was a natural part of being a werecat. The changes were instinct to mate and procreate. He could hear and smell things that were foreign to him. It was all pretty overwhelming.
Tory had been teaching him how to control those urges and how to get rid of them in a healthy way. It was weird, but Leo was always glad to get rid of them. He liked the older werecat and couldn't see why his parents couldn't stand him. Momma Sky had been so angry when Leo had come home with piercings. They weren't so bad, but nothing he could say could convince him.
Leo sighed and absentmindedly played with the snake bites with his tongue. He was laying outside, in the grass of the park down the street from his house. Tory was working, so he was all alone. The boy sighed sadly and curled up, wrapping his arms around himself.
