The boy looked around, seeing no one else but the two of them. "Well, this seems fine then, in my opinion. Well, that's two questions for me and one for you. You can ask another one, to make it fair." He mused with a chuckle

"Dunkel." He replied with a slight nod, the name sounding foreign. "Now, a fourth question, if I may continue: What order are you from? You seem like and Erudite, yet I see none of our identifying blue on you."

Dunkel shrugged. "Curiousity." He replied. "I wonder on how things work, such as people." He added, holding up his book for a moment before dropping his hand to his side once more. "That's one." he counted

He met her eyes, his not falling into hers trustingly like so many others. His held secrets, sinister and long locked away, but his eyes unveiled much of other while giving away nothing on their account. "Very well. Do you visit your parents often then?"
She shook her head no then her small smile once again faded "they never wanted me, they almost killed me as a child but then just decided to force me into becoming something other than what a dauntless should be" she explained.

Dunkel listened intently, though his face held no judgement of her, only calculated thought. "You have my sympathy, for what it is worth." He said finally. "Though I doubt it is much, if any."
