Rosemary shrugs in reply and leans against him as she pulls off a small peice and chews on its thoughfull,"... We need water.." He murmurs after awhile

Chance nodded, chewing thoughtfully, "It shouldn't be too hard to find water in here."

" It's only underground... And other creatures are there," she mumbles and sighs

"I've fought them before," He murmured, "No harm in doing it again."

She frowns and reaches out, smoothing back his hair,"... I dont want to see you get hurt."

"They made me for this," Chance looked at her and managed a gentle smile, "I'm not so easily injured, trust me."

"... You're a battle experiment?" She asks softly, tilting her head

Chance nibbled on his bottom lip, "Well, yes. I am supposed to be made more durable than humans. Stronger, more able to survive with little resources. They always bring me here to test my limits."

She tilts her head and smiles hopefully," That means they'll let you out on a planets surface! You can be free!"

"It could be a long time before that," Chance shrugged, "They said I'm still in the early stages."

She smiles and kisses his forehead," Then... Well... Lets getcha some water!"

Chance looked surprised, but smiled and stood up. His body wasn't even sore from sitting stationary for hours. He could have ran around if he wanted to.

She smiles at him, pulling the bag over her shoulder and standing up stiffly, her skin shimmering faitly as she stretched and glanced back at him

Chance led the way out of the cave, glancing around warily for any other creatures.

As they walked, her skin seemed to glow faintly like a glow blue glow stick,"... They want you to be a super soldier, huh?" She asks softly

"Yes, why?" Chance asked, glancing over at her.

" It's just... Never mind," she frowns and rubs her temples, glancing up when a suttling movement could be heard

Chance's body went rigid with alertness at the sound and there was a change in his eyes as he looked around.
