Murk chuckled. "Oh yes, I do. But do you know?" He asked, looking at her dead on. The light from the ceilings got under his hood faintly for a second, and once again there was a flash of... Red. Red in his eyes. Or had she imagined it?

She grins suddenly, glancing at him briefly and reaching toward his face," Ok. You want to play cat and mouse? Lets play cat and mouse.." She smiles mischieviously, her index finger and thumb pinching the top of his hood threateningly," But who's the mouse here?"

Tank turned his head towards the source, walking down the street in search of Murk. The giant stopped, stomping his foot on the ground as he turned on the chainsaw to his massive gun, the sound trimming as he chuckled. (Meanwhile, back at the Grocery store- xD)
"no answer?" She purrs quietly, leaning close to where Murk's face was," I can hear your friend in your ear piece... Is he having trouble?" She cooes innocenty, beginning to slide back his hood-

The enormous licker appears atop a burned out car, about the size of a horse. It opens it huge fleshy jaws and hisses, its long tongue slick and dripping with the possibility of a meal. It's eyeless face turned straight toward Tank

Tank laughs. "Awww what a cute little one you are! I've seen bigger though." He taunted. "Well, lets play, puppy!" He said

Murk chuckled an slid back out of her reach smoothly. "Ah ah ah! I'm not making it that easy for you." He... Teased? Huh...

Nonetheless, he suddenly lept over the tall aisle with ease. "If you wanna see me, you've got to catch me." His voice said from somewhere in the store. "And don't worry about Tank. I'm sure he's having fun"

" Aha! I knew you'd be fun! Ok, run mousey run!"

Immediately the shelves suddenly creaked and fell toward him like dominoes, sending an enormous crash into the air.

The licker's tongue curled... And unlike any licker before or since... The slimy pink limb shoort out and wraps around Tank's gun, tugging him to his knees and the gun from his hands-

Murk zips out of the aisles way with a speed that isn't human. "Glad I entertain." He said sarcastically, disappearing again as the lights suddenly started to pop, beginning to cover the store in darkness one light at a time

Tank grunts but instead of letting go, he runs with the gun, storming all the way up to the licker before slamming te still running chainsaw back right into the Licked's mouth. "Got a taste for metal, huh?"

Karane winces as each light shatters and darkens, frowning a bit and murmuring," The director probably made you..."

She takes a small pistol out of her bag and starts to back out of the aisles away from the coming blackness.

The beast shrieks but bites down onto the chainsaw, the gears shrieking in protest as the contest begins. Was the Licker's bones harder, or Tank's gun's steel?

There was a crunch and the beast growls deeply, it's face half sliced open but the teet on the blade dulled to uselessness

"Oh? Is that wise? After all..." His voice came from te encroaching darkness before suddenly a bullet hit te wall right next to her head.

"I am a sniper. And you're right in my sights."

"Aww you hurt my gun! Oh well, everything comes with a cost." Tank mused before aiming the gun right down the monster's exposed maw and pulling the tigger, the minigun whirring to life as it began happily dispensing bullets

Karane sucks in a deep breath and crouches down, firing a few shots into the darkness and smiling," You're tricky... You're definitely one of Corvus's rare experimets..." She breathes. Her heart was beating rapidly for the first time in years... This was driving her already shattered mind mad with absoloute glee!

The licker's grip on his arms and weapon tighten, it begins to flail ad try to escape but its tongue was knotted around him to tightly... It releases a heart wrenching wail-

Karane looks up at the sound of the wail as the last of the lights in the store go out," Jaws..."

"Seems Tank has lost his plaything. Poor guy." Murk's voice mused, seeming to come from right next to her. She could almost feel his hot breath in her ear. "And you should be more careful with those guns. You might hurt yourself." He added, suddenly sounding far away

Tank kept dispensing bullets until the Licker stopped moving an he had put a giant hole through the creature's chest with the gun rounds. He ripped the gun from the creature's mouth, usin his wrist knives to cut the tongue

Karane shivers and grins," You're driving me nuts, Murk, it's fantastic," she presses herself against the wall, sliding toward the glass entrance of the store.

The Licker kept twitching even after it had clearly died

"Am I?" He asked. Suddenly there was a loud scrapping noise and she bumped into an aisle that wasn't there before. "Then why are you trying to leave? That won't do." He said with a chuckle

She huffs and checks her fun to check how many bullets she had left," Because I'm not fond of the dark," she murmurs, keeping low and sliding against the shelf, glancing around the corner

"Awwww... But the dark is some much fun, dear doctor." He said, sounding close to her opposite ear this time. Also, this time she could feel a light touch crawl up her arm before the touh vanished and a chuckle echoed around the store. there was the sound of more aisles being moved as Murk spoke again. "Well now, kitty cat. Tell me, what happens when the cat gets put in the mouse's maze?"

" Cats can't fit in Mouse Mazes," she murmurs, goosebumps rising where he touched her. She started to move faster, running but keeping low as she dodged around the shelves. She felt a little fear but more of a thrilling flirtation that was a serios turn on- (xD)

The body of the licker began to melt suddenly, te skin sliding off its bones and melting the metal around it like acid...

"Then I'm so glad I built a cat-sized maze" his voice practically purred from behind her before there were more scrapping noises of aisles moving and the doctor hit a dead end

Karane hisses angrily, completely unable to rememer which way was out and slowly sinks to her knees, giggling softly," Are you enjoying yourself as much as I am?" She mews softly

Although I'm all for swiftly killing those shambling corpses, truth be told, I like to play with me food" he purred, warm breath tickling her ear as a finger gently traced her jawline before vanishing swiftly.
