Song smiles in approval and strokes Ari's hair until she finishes before removing the bowl. "Good job. Later we'll try to help clean you up, once you're feeling better. And I'll make sure to keep Jess away when we do." Song promises, standing up and washing out the bowl with a jug of water. "So which village are you from, Ari?"

"... It doesnt have a name," she whispers and relaxes,"... Like most villages,"

"Ah, makes sense." Song mused with a shrug. "You ever been out of your village before this?" She asked, humming a soft tune to herself as she got her supplies in order

"... No, i stay home and work... While y brother and papa sell our goods at market

"Mmmmm....." Song hummed, nodding. Then she was silent for a few moments before speaking. "You haven't mentioned your mother. Can I ask about her?" Song asked softly, treding carefully around the question and being polite

She smiles faintly and whispers,"... I havent seen her in a long time," she couldnt help but feel her ees water... It was true... She didnt even truely know what her mother looked like..

Song glanced over and saw her watery eyes. "Oh no, I'm sorry! I shouldn't have brought it up!" She said, returning to Ari's side and smoothing out her hair, a concerned look in her sparkling blue eyes

She sniffs and looks up at song, smiling weakly," s-s'ok.." She sniffles

Song smiled back a bit sadly before fetching a pillow and propping Ari's head on it. "So, tell me a bit more about yourself, Ari. Sorry if I'm prodding, but I'm just naturally curious." She apologized

She runs her eyes and mumbles," I'm just... A normal person.." 'I wish' she thinks bitterly

So g raises an eyebrow, unconvinced. "Rubbish. Everyone has their strange moments. Just look at me! I stick out like a sore thumb here." She giggled, gesturing to herself and her strange clothing

She laughs and mumbles," I don't think you'd like it.."

"Ari, I have to live with almost a hundred bandits. I think I can handle it." Song replied with a smirk, ruffling Ari's hair playfully. "Just try me."

"... That why i cant tell you," he whispers and sniffs

"Why? The bandit part or me handling it?" Song questioned. But after a moment of silence she shook her head. "Oh well, Nevermind. I won't pry. However, I do have one question I'll need an answer for: do you think you're up to trying to bathe now? You do need to wash, but only if you're strong enough." She said, changing the subject.

I almost feel like Song is the big sis Ari never had...))

Ari nods weakly and murmurs," yes.. Zplease..."

Song smiles and nods, looping an arm under Ari and helping her stand. "Alright, here we go!" She said. The two of them proceeded out the tent and headed toward the water again. Song's tent, or 'hut', was nearest to the water, so they got there quickly and Song planted Ari on the edge of the water. "You still with me?" She asked

Ari nods dizzily, puttig her toes in the water

Song smiles. "Ok, now for the weird part. Just trust me, ok?" She said before quickly stripping Ari down-after making sure no one else was around of course-and putting her into the water. It was cold, but not unpleasant, especially in the heat of day.
