"And since I know how it is," Xan slid off the bed and stood, his hair slightly spiked up because of the static electricity, "I'm going to do," he grabbed the top sheet, "this." He yanked, pulling the top sheet off of the warlock and the bed before he 'hmph'ed and walked into the living room, plopping down onto the couch. Looking down, he noticed a fuzzy white kitten and he squeed, picking it up with a coo.
"Because I think I deserve this more than he does. Don't I?~ Yes~" Alexander cooed while playing with the little kitten. He grabbed the remote and turned on the TV, changing it from Project Runway to the Food Network.

Ezekiel narrowed his eyes, annoyed at the chill that seeped over his naked body when Xan pulled the sheets away. Well, he'd been meaning to change the sheets anyways. The warlock stood up and slipped on a pale green silk robe, yawning.
Xan was laying on the couch on the sheet, the fluffy white kitten on his chest purring loudly as he petted her or him or whatever it was and watching Paula Dean.

"That was not very nice, Alexander," Kiel hummed as he walked out into the living room. He rolled his shoulders slightly, shaking off the sleep, "Considering I let you come over instead of being stuck with your brothers."
"Oh, well you should get used to it." He replied in a distracted tone, gaze watching the different movements of the knife the woman was using on the screen.
"I can't just forget about the Institute and my family. I'm still a Shadowhunter." He pet the cat on his chest. "If I end up getting wounded bad enough, I'll have to stay there."
