It was weird.
No, scratch that, it was REALLY weird.
Here he was, a 'former' Crow, living with wildlings. They, well ok, Dari, had saved his life. And brought him back here, to her home. Where he had been living for about a week or so. His wound had finally healed, to his relief, and he could move freely again without limits.
Of course, the other wildlings still hated him, or so Harold thought. They had a right to, he supposed. Which was why he was so confused about Dari saving him, or even being nice to him. He was a warg, a skin-changer, with his black cat JonJon always watching his back. Out there before the Wall, his kind were hated. But here? He was more or less tolerated. It was strange, finally being accepted, even if he wasn't fully.
His life had a lot of twists and turns, going from a bum in Braavos to a Crow in the north. And what was he now? Harold stared into the fire as if it would give him the answer. Instead it just hurt his eyes and he had to blink a bit. He was sitting outside, as the day was coming to an end, and huddling around the flames. JonJon wasn't visible, but Harold could feel his presence close by, like a comfort.
Dari was busy inside the tent, plucking the feathers off of a bird of prey that she shot down earlier that day. She was humming faintly, the feathers a growing pile next to her. She was pleased with Harold's progress in healing- he was able to do so much more now.

Harold kept staring into the fire until finally he let out a snarl and flopped onto his back. "Aren't fires supposed to tell futures or something? Which religion was that again?" He murmured to himself, thinking. The Lord of light, right? Something like that. He turned his head to look at the tent. "Hey Dari! You done in there? The deer is done cooking." He called

Harold chuckled and shook his head before sitting up again and starting to take down the cooked deer. He cut it up into portions and began to eat a piece as he working, humming.
Once it was done, she brought the bird out. It was headless, didn't even look like a bird anymore, "Alright, done," She sat down beside him by the fire.

"Good. Here's your food." He said, though it sounded like "Gud, eres ur ud" since his mouth was slightly full. He handed her a piece of the cooked deer and finished his job, gathering the extra pieces to dry them
Harold nodded and finished eating his own piece. "No problem." He replied. "Could you understand that?" He asked with a grin. Manners were never his specialty
The wildling pinched his cheek, "You're talking to a one of the Free People here. We don't mess around with all those fancy rules that the Southernors have."

"Ow! Hey!" He protested, reaching out and playfully jabbing her in the side. "But you have a point. I'm actually glad; I never was one for eating fancy. I'd rather just eat."

"Thank the gods for small favors then." Harold chuckled, ruffling her hair messily and laughing. "Speaking of 'getting there,' I think I'll be getting' to bed." He mused, getting up with a grunt

"Mhmm." He hummed, heading inside and taking off his furs and boots before sliding under the bed furs with a content sigh. "Nice and warm." He said with a chuckle, flipping onto his stomach and shutting his eyes
Dari stayed by the fire for a little while longer. She ate her fill, eyes watching the flames dance. When she went back to the tent, she came in quietly, glancing at Harold's sleeping form.
Harold was dead to the world, slumbering already. Dari could see his bare arms and back though. He was not a big person, and didn't develope massive muscles. So he looked standard most of the time. However, when he exerts himself, then the toned muscles pop out. His skin was slightly darker then most northerners, since he was from Braavos. There were occasional scars here and there, but from what; it wasn't clear.
Dari slipped her outer furs off, setting them aside. She was left in a small leather piece covering her chest and shorts of the same material. For Harold's sake, she would leave that on to not embarrass him. She slipped in the furs next to him, snuggling against his back.
Harold mumbled and shifted a little under her. As he did, Dari could feel the shift of his back muscles before he settled again. "...Dari?" He mumbled a bit sleepily. He seemed out of it, maybe not even awake really
