"Oh thanks," Alex said sarcastically, putting down his fork to gently return the hug.
Kevin giggled and stood straight. "You can finish your dinner now." He hummed and turned, grabbing his own plate and taking it into the kitchen to clean it.

It had been roughly a week, and though he was confused as to why the Russian hadn't returned to the Institute yet, he was happy to have a roommate. It would get lonely every now and then, being stuck in Korea with no one (well, besides his best friend, AJ, but he didn't come over much).
Currently the chestnut haired male was getting food ready for a large dinner he was planning- well, AJ planned it. The guy wanted to spend some time with his secret CIA friends, but he couldn't do it at his own home, so thus why 10 people were going to be piled into this little apartment later that night.
Moving back and forth as if he was floating instead of literally running around, he got mixing bowl after mixing bowl out, pan after pan, ingredient after ingredient, and was trying not to mix up recipes. These were the times that he preferred being alone in the kitchen so that he wouldn't get distracted or frustrated by an alien presence trying to ruin everything, even if the person was actually trying to help.
The Asian had his long hair pulled back in a ribboned pony tail to keep it out of the food, though his bangs still fell out of it and into his face.
