"Well, AJ said that he had work today so he couldn't cook anything at all." Kevin murmured as he flew around the kitchen. He mixed harshly in one bowl (brownies) and mixed another bowl with vegetables (soup).
Kevin shook his head. "No, I'm fine, I have it under control." He continued to mix something in a bowl while opening the stove with his foot. He picked up the brownie batter-filled pan and placed it inside the stove while still mixing in the bowl before shutting the stove with his foot. Once he was finished mixing in that bowl, he spun it along the counter and by the time it hit the pot it literally flew into the item as if by magic.
"Lots and lots of experience and practice." Kevin replied quickly while taking a dough bag and pipe and filling it with bread dough. He took a buttered pan and began to squeeze strips of bread dough on the pan.
"I feel useless," Alex muttered, though he didn't think he could be much help, since he never had to cook for himself.
Kevin chuckled gently and brushed butter on the tops of the strips before sprinkling a bit of garlic and mozzarella on top before placing it in the oven.
"Okay!" The Russian jumped up happily and went into the living room. Cleaning up couldn't be /that/ difficult, could it?
Kevin smiled gently and continued to hum before walking over to his cd player in the kitchen and starting some music. Though he wouldn't admit to it, he was still sneaking out and recording songs with his group in order to have some sort of normality in his life.
Kevin paused. Really? He needed help with cleaning? Finishing up quickly, he brushed his hands off on a towel and walked into the living room. "It's ok, I can do it." He shooed him away.
Alex was staring down at the vacuum, looking very determined, "No, I want to help! But, uh, how does this thing turn on?"
Kevin giggled. "Cute." He patted Alex's shoulder. He grabbed the cord and held it up with two fingers. "You take this." He walked over to an outlet. "Put it in here." He did so and walked back to the vacuum. "Then you press this." He pushed a button on the handle and the vacuum turned on. "Then you move in fan patterns." He started to vacuum.
