Kevin actually did care, and wanted to be more than friends with Alex. But he was still pissed off at Eli. And since he couldn't vent his anger on anything, he was doing it on Alex. But every time he did, he'd feel guilty. Just like now. Because Alex didn't deserve it. Ugh, he was really quite worthless wasn't he? He stared down at his food. Definitely worthless. All he did was hurt people with his anger. AJ was mad at him for acting so dramatic, and now he hurt Alex by being such a prick. It was time. It was definitely time. He was ready.
