Glace smiled and made room for him and once he was on the couch he wrapped his arms around him and snuggled into the crook of his neck.

Asa hummed softly, one hand stroking Glace's dark hair gently, "Now, sleep. Rest up. You need it."

His eyes closed and holding onto Asa, he fell into a deep sleep.

TIME . SKIP

It was a few hours later that Asa stirred. He was still wrapped up with Glace on the couch, kept warm by their combined body heat. He opened his eyes, smacking his lips lightly as the room came into focus.

Glace, feeling the movement shifted slightly and opened his eyes.

"Mmm, hello," Asa murmured, resting his forehead against Glace's. His lips curved into a soft smile.

Glace smiled and pressed his head against Asa's. "good morning" he said.

Their noses brushed lightly and Asa giggled, "Feeling better?"

He nodded and gave him a quick peck on the lips

He returned the kiss with equal gentleness, raising one hand to stroke his cheek with featherlight fingertips, "Good," Asa breathed quietly.

He pulled him close, their legs entwined.

He pressed another small kiss to Glace's lips, content, until his phone began to buzz incessantly in his pocket. With a groan, Asa pulled away and sat up, looking down at the multiple texts.

He snuggled into his chest and said "whats wrong?" He asked

"It's just Maxxie," Asa grunted, scrolling through the texts. He was still angry with his friend for being so stupid, but he felt bad for ignoring him.

"What did he say?" He asked.

"He says he made a mistake and needs to talk about it with me," Asa glanced over at Glace, "Seems like he feels bad for what he did."

Glace unwraped his arms and turned away, he didnt know what to do or say, should he keep asa with him, should he go with him to see Maxxie, or should he just let him go?

Asa leaned over and pressed a gentle kiss to Glace's temple, "You don't have to go with me," he told him, "I know you're still having regrets about it. But he is my best friend. I can't just ignore him."

He turned to him and sat up "i dont want you going alone though ill come with you, ok?" He said

Asa raised his eyebrows, "Alright, if you're okay with that."
