The orc made gurgling sounds and spat at Vessa's feet. "I know nothing of you cursed one." he said with a harsh laugh. He wasn't going to cooperate with her or make it easy. Vessa's eyes narrowed and she stepped forward, drawing a dagger. She stabbed the orc in the shoulder and twisted the knife. He screamed and howled in pain. "tell me the message you were carrying." she asked, her voice cold and deathly low.
Vessa's eyes narrowed as the orc remained quite. She took out another blade to stab his other shoulder. As she was about the bring it down he relented. "stop! Stop!" he growled, his voice thick with pain. After all he was pinned to a tree with daggers. "They have sound a possible solution to your condition." he wheezed. "but you know the price for the cure don't you?" the orc was about to say more when Vessa suddenly decapitated him.

"Perhaps we could help you find the cure," she suggested. "At least, maybe I can help. I am never able to get out of these borders- if you're going on an adventure, can I tag along?"
A smirk spread across Vessa's face. "and why should I let you tag along? won't your dear grandfather get terribly upset?" Although having an elf tag along would make things easier Vessa didn't feel like sharing her family's close guarded secret.
Vessa sighed and sat down on a rock. She ran a hand threw her silver and brown hair. "I don't need a spoiled brat going threw her rebellious faze." Her golden eyes sheered into Annonel. In truth she didn't think Annonel was a spoiled brat but she wanted to know if Annonel could put up with her.
(I think you mean "through" her rebellious stage )
Annonel blinked. "I am not rebellious. I am over six hundred years old- I am well past that stage. Besides, my granfather never even let me patrol near the borders, much less cross them! I want to see the lake town, and Erebor!"
(yeah sorry haha im multitasking and not rereading through my stuff. Thanks!)
Vessa chuckled. "well then." she sighed and looked around. "I'm looking a cure for a hereditary problem. It will probably take us all over middle earth."
"Still, the outside is beautiful," she said with a shrug. "I still want to see it- even though my people don't like the dwarves, their architecture is something to behold."
Annonel nodded and rushed off on swift feet. A few minutes later, she came back with a large pack on her back. "This should be enough to last us two weeks if we ration. Let's get going!"
