Brooklyn walked into school with her brother at her side. The two of them had been in France for a semester for an exchange program. She was anxious to see her old friends, especially since she hadn't heard from any of them since leaving. Since Ali (decided to keep the same name) had died, the group had fallen apart. She still had her brother, though, and that was what mattered. As she pulled her stuff out of her locker, she glanced down the hall and saw one of her former friends standing there, watching her.

A short girl stood by an opened locker. Two bright chocolate brown eyes peered out from the black hair that hung in her face. She had happened to glance up from her locker when she noticed Brook. She hadn't seen her in ages. She didn't know if she could go over and talk to her to still stand there with a deer in head lights look on her face. She hand clutched the thick text book in her hand while she tried to make her decision.

Arelia walked down the hall her long light brown hair draping over her shoulders and down her back in slight curls. Her eyes were the most mysterious anyone had ever seen, they were orange with yellow flecks in them. Her full red lips had lipstick on them while her makeup was done perfectly. She wore a white tube topped dress with a red belt around her waist and a black short jacket to cover her shoulder. Her white stilettos clicked in the hallways as she walked towards Brook. She looked totally different for m her old tom-boy self. And she was honestley one of the most exquisite people you would ever meet. Her perfect body walked towards Brook, she hadn't noticed who she was yet.

He wasn't too subtle with his appearance.

Mainly because he didn't like to hide in the shadows. Sure, occasionally the caresses of the darkness were fitting, but being forgotten was never a good feeling. He wanted to be memorable -- so he had to look the part. Of course, even though he wanted to stand out, he still wanted to be himself. So... black seemed to suit him rather well.

Heading down the hall way rather calmly, not in too much of a hurry, he looked around himself while actually not seeing. He was like that: always zoning out. The Asian male was currently wearing black skinnies with combat boots, a simple black t-shirt, and an ebony studded belt. His same raven hair fell into his dark eyes a bit, and the liner surrounding them seemed to give him a predatory sort of look against his olive complexion.

"Hey." He called in an indifferent voice while looking at Brook. Even though he was submissive, he was at least a little bit taller than her. "We were gonna... meet up." He smiled slightly, his pearl white teeth eccentuated by the black lipstick he wore. Nowadays he felt awkward talking to any of the girls, mainly because he couldn't help but remember what they were all like before... that certain thing happened. But he figured it would have to happen eventually. It was a decent sized school, but teachers were short (on number, not height, people).

Brook turned and smiled weakly. "Lock," she greeted him. "Yeah. Can we do it now? We have some time before class."

Monika's gaze broke from Brook and she looked at something in her locker. She pulled out a text book that said German 3 on it.

As her heels clicked passed them her hair flowed in the slight breeze and the other girl with her looked to the two of them but never warned Arelia of them. So they just walked past without another look

Lock nodded. "Yeah, that's fine. Lead the way." He gestured with a sweeping arm.

Brook entered the cafeteria and looked around. She bit her lip, feeling more out of place than she ever had. After spending a year away with her brother, she felt like she didn't know anyone at the school anymore. She wasn't sure where to sit.
