He rolled his eyes. "So glad you're eager to do this again," he mused, grabbing the coins from his pocket and dropping them in the purse. "Shall we head to an inn? I think we have enough money to buy one," he chuckled, juggling the purse from hand to hand.
He jerked his head in a nod and pointed to one nearby. "What about that one? It seems simple enough. 'Sides, I'd rather not bring any attention to myself; being in a small inn will keep us undercovered for now."
He made a noise in what could have been a chuckle, though it was too muffled for it to be clear. Coughing, Elizah nodded, before heading in that direction. As they made it inside, an old man shuffled up to them, wiping his hands on a dirty towel. "Welcome, my good sir and madame, to the Golden Fleece. I'm guessing you two will be needing a room? I have a large one free for yo-"
Elizah cleared his throat and put up a hand, stopping the owner. "Er...two rooms, if you don't mind." The old man frowned a little, glancing between the two, before shrugging, flicking the towel over his shoulder.
"Of course, of course," he murmured, "how silly of me." He gestured for the two to follow him.
As they reached their rooms, the owner turned to them and gestured to the two doors. "Here they are, I do hope you two enjoy it here," he said, curling his bushy mustache with his finger, "if you need anything, just call." With a bow, he left the two alone.
Elizah gave Alexianna a small and hesitate smile. "Er...well. I'll see you tomorrow." With that, he disappeared into his room, the door quietly shutting with a click.
