"Approaching everything with anything less than 100% is like putting bread on a plate and not putting on peanut butter!" she bounces up beside him, watching the light as it slowly goes over to the label 'LOBBY'. "So I try to be,"
She nods her head sagely, and walks into the elevator as the door slides open, "EX-act-ly," she turns and faces the front, "glad someone else understands; now I'm one step closer to making the world understand!"
Iz didn't reply as he stepped onto the elevator, looking at the labels on the buttons. "How about we check out the loading deck? I love watching ships."
"That would be terrible," she says, aghast at the notion, "I don't think I could live with myself if that happened--imagine being known as the kid who got detention on the first day for the rest of the course!"
Iz grinned as the high-speed elevator rushed upwards. "I definitely wouldn't want that." Each little ding of an invisible bell told them that they had ascended another floor.
She looks around at the glass structure, watching the floors fly by around them, "My point--lets be slightly careful and approach this with a smidgen of caution,"
She jogs thru the door, looking around warily. The large spaceships shone in the light, glimmering a pearly white. There were technicians walking about, checking on maintenance or whatever it was they needed to do.
Cora ohh's and ahh's, bouncing on her heels like an excited puppy, "Look look!~ its one of the older models, the one from the fight in the Haymen galaxy with the sky pirates!" she rapidly points, babbling uncontrollably.
The girl snaps her mouth shut and covers it with her hands, her bouncing ceasing as she sees the technician. "...we could always say we got lost," she whispers.
Iz nodded and mustered as bright a smile as he could at the technician who didn't return it. "What are you kids doing here?" Iz swallowed and looked at Cora before replying, "Uh, we're first-years... we got lost on the way to our dorms..."
