AU Setting: In the year 2095, the human race has excelled to the point in which school is now all electronically controlled. One can fly into space and thru the air with ease; if you had a ship. Earth though went through drastic climate changes, and lost about fifty percent of the land that covered it. On a small island that survived the quakes, there's a school for aspiring space pilots, and spaceship technicians. What will come out of this small school?
Enter however you please. Planning on this being a space pirate plot.
The sky above was cloudless, the blue expanse filled with starry like objects. They shined in the light, reflecting the suns rays in different colored glows. Down on the road, a few small compact cars buzzed with energy as they slowly cruised down the shoreline road, beeping ever so often in greeting to a biker.
The biker was a young girl in a school uniform, her hair was in a pony tail that streamed out behind her, her dark olive green streak braided and grouped with the hair. Her eyes were a shade brighter than the green, and shined with excitement as she pedaled down the road towards the school.
A taller person walked ahead of her, long legs taking him or her swiftly towards the school. The person had a hoody on and so it couldn't be told from behind whether it was a boy or a girl. But the figure took off the hood and revealed dark, spikes hair. It was a boy.
The boy was gazing up at the clouds, wondering what he would find at the pilots school. He really wanted to be a great pilot in the galactic army someday and so he had scraped enough money together to attend.
(I can delete my post if you don't want me to rp this with you xD)
( naw its fine! I'm just chillin and stuff. I plan on replying to our other threads when I get back from my last two exams tomorrow.)
The biker catches up to him, the wheels clinking and clanking as the prongs spin round and round. She looks at him for a moment before smiling and waving at the bus as it cruised by them, going back down the hill to pick up more students.
She stops pedaling, and lets go of the handle bars as well. She spreads her arms our like a ship, and makes a whooshing sound as she laughs and speeds glides ahead.
She nods her head and rests her hands back on the bars, "Mm!" she spins the pedals a few times, "I'm in the captain course, class three, first year, Cora Patt! You?"
Cora lifts her hand into the air, the bike swaying as she waves back at him, "See you in class...!" she calls, continuing towards the school with her hand back on the bar.
He smiled as he walked on. She seemed like a friendly girl. When he had been to primary school, nobody really liked him so he was nervous to get close to anybody. But she seemed different somehow.
As he got closer to the school, the pristine glass building towered like a skyscraper. Ships docks protruded from the north and east sides, and were visible as he came up from the west entrance. The bike rack had few bikes on it, one of them being Cora's. There was no parking lot, only a deck for the electric trolley that came from the adjacent island.
The clean pristine lobby was filled with new students, one of them being the with the greenish blonde hair. She was shorter in person, reaching the shoulders of the girls almost. She was unfolding the map, her other papers held between her knees.
"That's the spirit Iz!" she shoves the papers into her bag and faces the several elevators that led up, "A captains got to know his surroundings like the top of his foot!"
