Iz smiled as they walked together. "I've never had any real friends."

"Well you do not," she huffs, putting her hands on her hips, "and you'll have more by the end of the year of you talked to people."

Iz smiled sheepishly. "Well, what can I say? I'm shy."

"Not gonna work!" she forms an X with her arms, "Captains need to take the initiative!"

"I know that," he said. "But they don't have make friends with their crew."

She gives him a weird look, her eyebrows tilting downwards, "That's wrong, Iz. Your crew isn't just people that work under you, they're people that fight, eat, and share the same goals as you--friends."

Iz shrugged but then tried to get back to their light-hearted banter by saying, "Okay, but we'll see whose ship goes further when he graduate from this place."

"Heeeeeeh?" She laughs, and pats him on the back, "Don't be sad when I'm far far ahead!"

"Your terrible," she accuses, crossing her arms in a huff, "You'll be super shocked when I show off my awesome captain skills,"
