[ I finally decided to make the thread that introduces Luka! ]
Alexsander Sarcoski was still adjusting to living in Korea rather than his home country of Russia. The language barrier was tough- Alex had never learned Korean or any of the other Asian languages, so his contact was limited unless he had Kevin or AJ as a translator. This resulted in him being very dependent on them- which Alex was not fond of. He was the very independent type; he had been ever since he was a boy. He liked to move freely, to go here and there without too much obstacle.
So Alex was always looking for reason to leave Kevin's apartment. And ruckus that seemed to be attributed to demons was reason enough, right? He wasn't gone for too long, but it was getting dark by the time he returned. Sneaking up the stairs to Kevin's apartment, Alex move silently and he was sure that no one heard him. He stood, fumbling his his keys, back turned toward the hallway. A wave of unease settled over the Russian Shadowhunter. He paused to listen, but was met with silence.
Alexsander finally opened the door and made to walk inside, but a force crashed into his back so suddenly that Alex was nearly launched into the apartment instead. He stumbled, but regained his footing and whipped around to face his attacker. To his surprise, a young boy, around fifteen or sixteen, stood poised in the doorway. In one hand, his gripped a Seraph blade and the runes that marked up the side of his neck were a telltale sign- he was a fellow Shadowhunter.
Alex opened his mouth to say something, but the boy leaped with cat-like grace, swinging his blade. Alex had to duck and dip to the side to avoid having his head cut off. He grunted and reached around for his own blade. If this stranger wanted a fight, he would give him one.
