Cloud stands up as well and slides the slippers she slid out from under her chair. "Lets go check the car then, ya?"

Caoi nods and helps Cloud," do you want me to push you or..?"

"I don't need to be carried." She holds her arms out and slowly begins to walk, step by step. "It only took away some of my vision. I just need to grab my stupid glasses from the front desk and some pain medicine from my purse," she straightens her back in habit, pushing back her hair. "As mom would say, 'Only a nuke could take out a Sevenguard.'"

" So.. You're better then cockroaches..." She teases but carefully leads Cloud

"I have a brother that turned himself into a robot. A mother that survived god knows how many sting crashes and a lot of bullets. A dad that... Well... He's dad. He's always been badass. Udolf's pretty hard to screw with too--unless your me." She huffs proudly, "No one makes muffins like me." She keeps her hands firmly by her side and marches forward. "Man-eating muffins. Pretty useful at Halloween."

" Coenwulf always warned me there was a reason there was a passcode for the kitchen.."

She stops at the front counter and grabs her bag and a box with her glasses in them. She takes them out and awkwardly puts them on her face, "Their all just jealous of mah a-mae-zin muffins!"

" Uhuh, i totally wish my cookin' destroyed all like on earth," Sne chirps, she felt a little better

Cloud finishes taking her medicine and swings her bag on her shoulder. "Damn right you do. It's not something everybody can learn though, I've tried teaching it." She beams at Cao and starts towards the exit. "You drove here, yes?"

" Yea," caoi murmurs," nearly ran over a few people.."

"Oh well." She chirps, unconcerned of the well beings of others at the moment. "Lets mosey then."

Capi chuckles and elads her to her hovercar, opening the door for cloud

Cloud coos a bit and slips into the car, "I feel like I'm being treated like an old relic. Only Lumi does this kinda thing for me."

" Well i guess is hould leave you behind, wait impatiently in th' car and drive away when ye get here?" She tease

"I'd beat you to the car dear," she puts her purse in the floorboard, "Im how old? Barely thirty." She fiddles with her glasses annoyed. She gives up on them and starts turning her green crystal in her hand, "Everyone seems to think that since Lumi looks half grown that I'm old. He just grew up real quick."

Caoi grins in reply and starts the craft, steering it into traffic," Well.. Where are we goig then?"

Cloud lifts her head and narrows her eyes, growing serious. "The UC crime investigation building. His car will be there."

Putting in the coordinates, Caoi leans back, but her thoughts race instead of relaxing like they usually did.."

Cloud pulls her holo pad out and starts pressing at it slowly. Her face was set in an angry pout, but she didn't say anything. She valued silence in moments like these, and used them to fuss over her work.
