"Watch yerself Mort! Don't kill yourself afore we get there!" Macs warned one mate who was swinging from the ropes idiotically. Mace, as promised, had gotten a crew together and a decent boat. They, along wih Grace, had set off immediately. Macs seemed generally excited since he had mostly been lounging around for too long. He loved adventure, and this proved to be interesting!

Grace hung from the riggings, looking out over the sea and, in the distance, the island rising up from the glistening water.

"ALright, lads! We're coming up soon! Remember! Be on guard for any mermaids lookin' fer a snack! Also, look fer me old shipmate!" Mace called as he looked out over the edge, the island fast approaching

Grace's hair swirled around her face in the breeze. Her eyes were bright with excitement, and a faint smile was on her face. She scampered down from the riggings, agile as a money, and landed barefoot on the deck.
