Isabella D'Angelo was lost. Hopelessly, utterly, and undeniably lost. She'd come down this road thinking it was the way to her grandfather's house, but the road had gone for miles with no sign of any civilization. Then her car had broken down, which was just her luck. Furthermore, she had no idea how to fix cars, and she didn't have a signal on her phone, so she couldn't call anyone to help her. She'd started back the way she'd come about half an hour ago, hoping to find someone, anyone, who could help. No one seemed to ever follow this road, though, except poor, lost girls. She was definitely screwed.

[Grayzers]

(I was going to say from older times but we can do present XD sorry. I had to take a shower and whatnot.)

There was a sudden snap of a twig from the woods nearby, and then silence. The birds stopped singing their songs, the crickets stopped chirping, and even the wind seemed to be holding it's breath. From the darkness of the undergrowth, a pair of red eyes watched the girl, curious, but also a bit hostile. Sebastion, or Beast as he called himself these days, remained hidden, almost afraid to approach the girl.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Bella froze as the eerie silence swept over the forest. What on earth? She spun in a slow circle, her eyes wide with fear. She'd never heard something so frightening. The sound of silence.

[Grayzers]

Beast waited until she was no longer facing him, and he snick out of the darkness toward her, standing on two feet.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Bella took a deep breath. "Okay, Iz," she told herself. "Cool it. You'll just keep walking, hit the main road, and find some cell service."

[Grayzers]

"There is no cell.service.around here." The man/beast said, watching her with a curious gaze.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Bella whirled around, her eyes going wide. She was torn between letting out a breath of relief and being terrified. Or, more terrified. A strange man in the middle of nowhere? That could definitely go wrong very quickly. "I realized that," she said.

[Grayzers]

(He's in his beast form lol)(sorry, I guess my wording was confusing)

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

(Oh xD My bad)

Bella whirled, her eyes going wide. She gasped, not believing what she was seeing. Her heart seized in terror. She stumbled backward, tripping over a root and cracking her head against a tree.

[Grayzers]

He frowned, stalking forward and picking her up. He glanced at her car before pushing against it with his back until it tumbled off the side of the road. Then, with the girl in his arms, he disappeared into the undergrowth, carrying her back to his hidden castle.

At the castle, he laid her in a grand bedroom with food and water on the bedside table, and a blanket covering her.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Bella stirred, her eyelids fluttering. She groaned as she opened her eyes. It took a second for her eyes to focus on him, but when they did she gasped.

[Grayzers]

He looked away at the floor as if ashamed. "Eat. Drink. You fell rather hard."

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Bella didn't dare move. "Who are you?" she whispered. "What do you want with me?"

[Grayzers]

"I am called Beast." He replied, glancing at her with his animal eyes. He turned away, heading for the door. "Eat. Drink." He repeated, shutting the door behind him as he left, and locking it from the outside.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Beast? Bella wondered. A second later she realized he'd locked her in. Get heart sank. This was just getting better and better.

[Grayzers]

He listened silently from outside the room. He wondered what she was doing now. (Shall we time skip?)

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

(Yeah. To the next time he brings her food?)

[Grayzers]

(Okay)

Beast walked silently through the halls, going to the bedroom where he'd left the girl. He took a deep quiet breath before he unlocked the door and perked inside, his yellow eyes gleaming.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Bella's head snapped up when he opened the door. She scrambled back on the bed, pressing her back against the wall. She hadn't touched anything he'd brought her earlier... okay, maybe she'd had a sip of water, but that was it. She just couldn't bring herself to eat. Besides, it might be poisoned for all she knew. Or drugged.

[Grayzers]

He looked at her and shook his head. "You humans are all the same." He muttered, replacing her old meal with the new one.
