Bella at back down on the bed and folded her hands in her lap. "Is it almost dinnertime?" she asked. "I'm tired of being stuck in here."

[Grayzers]

"It should be getting close dear." She said encouragingly.

With that being said, the sound of her door unlocking could be heard, and then silence.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Bella sucked in a breath and turned. She waited, not breathing.

[Grayzers]

Footsteps could then be heard, but they went away from the door and the room became silent again. "I'm not sure master will be joining you for dinner. He is in his other form right now."

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Bella wasn't sure whether to feel relieved or frightened. She just nodded and stood.

[Grayzers]

"Don't be afraid dear. Master is afraid of you. He is afraid of what you will think of him if you see him like he is now."

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

"I won't think differently of him because of the... form he takes," Bella said. She had never been one to believe in magic, but... well, after all the books she'd read, she wasn't so quick to dismiss the possibility.

[Grayzers]

"Well, that is his fear nonetheless. I suggest you try to find the dining hall."

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Bella nodded and hesitantly approached the door. Once out in the hallway, she looked both ways before frowning and started to her right.

[Grayzers]

As she went down that hallway, she entered the main room where there were stairs for her to enter the lower level

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Bella walked down the stairs, her hand running along the railing. The wood was smooth under her fingertips. This place was amazing. Who was this guy?

[Grayzers]

Once she reached the main foyer, she could see the doors that led to the outside world. Heavy beams barred them shut, whether to keep something in, or out. To her right, was another elaborate hallway, graced by different pieces of furniture. Further down the hallway were a few more sets of doors, one of them leading to the dining hall.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Bella took a deep breath, smoothed down her dress, and walked into the dining hall.

[Grayzers]

It was empty. There wasn't food on the table either, but there were candles lit on a lovely golden holder, and a small clock.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Bella frowned and looked around. "Hello?" she called. Her voice echoed around the dining room and she shuddered. She hated big, empty places.

[Grayzers]

Suddenly, the candle stick moved, giving her a smile. "Bonjour Mademoiselle!"

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Bella, despite the fact that she'd just have a lengthy conversation with a wardrobe, shrieked and jumped backward, but not before grabbing a knife off the table.

[Grayzers]

"Please Madamme, calm yourself! We mean you no harm!" The clock beside the candlestick said in a shrill voice.

[ᴄʀʏsᴛᴀʟғʀᴏsᴛ]

Bella let out a slow breath. She'd never get used to the talking furniture. "And who might you be?" she asked in a somewhat even voice.

[Grayzers]

"I am Cogsworth." The clock said proudly, "and I, am Lumier Mademoiselle." The candlestick bowed charmingly.
