Alexander tilted his head. While listening and watching the warlock intensely, his blue eyes slowly started to widen as he thought over all the memories he had. It seemed so familiar, and yet he wasn't sure why. But now he knew. The different language, the glow... Jason must have come in contact with a warlock! And perhaps an evil warlock at that, if there are demons working for him... Though why, if demons are working as henchman, would that one demon betray his master's appearance? Unless that's not what he looked like at all...
"Colden," the older brunette murmured while keeping his eyes on Ezekiel's magic, "I need to speak with you... in private..."
Alexander was nibbling on his swollen lip without realizing it, a frown on his face. "I think I know who sent that demon after Jason all those years ago, and again today."
"I... don't know." Alexander scratched the back of his head. "I know my mother had a relationship with a warlock, and she always said she loved our father more than she loved the other guy... But she said the reason why she slept with the guy was so that he wouldn't 'steal the diamond in the rough'. I'm beginning to wonder..."
And though Alexander was worried about his brother, he was more concerned with how the warlock looked.
Walking over, he rested a hand on his shoulder. "Are you alright?" he asked, blinking concerned eyes down at him before he slowly dropped to his knees to look into his green and yellow cat eyes. "Maybe you should rest."
The warlock gave him a slightly dazed look before closing his eyes, "It took a lot of magical energy to heal him. I'll be fine once I rest," he assured him softly.
