A girl leaned against the wall, her foot propped up. Her hat tipped down slightly, her eyes unseen, though a frown was prominent on her face. Despite it only being her first day here, Jenna O'Hara couldn't help but be so wary around these people. They claimed to be her new family, though she couldn't help but calm her gut trying to tell her to go back home. She let out a sigh, setting her foot down. If she had to hear one more person say she needed to train, she was going to punch something. It had been a slow day. Granted, it seemed like everyday was a slow one, though this one in particular seemed to decide that it would drag its feet.
"Hey, rookies!" A voice called. In walked a tall, dark haired guy dressed in Dauntless gear, followed by a few other Dauntless. "I'm Chase, and I'm going to be taking you all through the initiations." He explained. "There will be three trials; the first one physical, the second one emotional, and the third one mental. Until you pass all three, you are all still initiates. Come on. It's time to show you around. Dauntless-born go with John, transfers come with me." He said. He was strict on the new guys and girls, especially initiates. He turned without looking at them again, obviously expecting them to follow him. The Dauntless born broke off to go with the other Dauntless as the new transfers followed after Chase

She glanced up at the new voice, her mouth turning into a thin line. Shoving her hands into her pocket, she trailed after the guy, Chase. This was going to be a long day, she could just feel it in her bones. Clearing her voice, she called up to their trainer, "'Scuse me, how long will this take?" She hoped that it wouldn't eat up all of her time; she would prefer to go off on her own, it would make exploring a little more exciting, well, as exciting as she could muster talking about exploring.
Chase glanced back at her and then forward. "What, you got somewhere to be? It'll take as long as you guys walk, so hurry up." He said.
~One Epic montage of Touring later!!!!!!!! YYYYYEWAAAAAH!!!~
"And here's where you guys'll be staying. You'll be able to get clothes and everything later. Those are the bathrooms." He said, pointing to the open cell. "Dinner is in an hour. Don't be late or don't eat." He ordered before leaving. He had shown them the Pit, mess hall, training room, and more. The rest of the transfers slumped on their beds, while others chatted with each other, usually those that came from the same faction. They shared one thig though: everyone looked tired and hungry
Jenna sat down on her bed, glancing around the room, a scornful snarl on her lip. This would've been easier if she had gone to Erudite, it was a better fit for her, so why didn't she change to go there? Either way, Initiatives didn't seem to be in good light from the natural born. So why did she choose Dauntless? Letting out a sigh, she took her hat off, revealing long light blue, almost gray hair. She had dyed it before she came to her new home, in hopes of shedding her old personality away, and changing into someone others feared and respected. Jenna set her cap back on her head, making sure to stuff her hair underneath her cap. It almost looked she was a male, though with her voice and her feminine features, it was hard to mistake her.
"Yo!" A voice said suddenly, unmistakenly male. A boy with blonde hair and brown eyes sat down across from her on the opposite bed, followed by a brown haired girl and a short, skinny blonde haired boy with childish features. "Sorry if we're bothering you, but you just seemed pretty alone." The first speaker said. "I'm Anders, and this is Stephanie and Tucker." He introduced. "Call me Steph." The girl said, leaning back on the bed next to hers. Tucker only nodded shyly. "What's your name?" Anders asked kindly
She glanced up, a little surprised at the voices. She glanced at the three, watching them warily, like she expected them to suddenly pounce at her. "You're initiatives, correct?" She asked, her voice now cold and monotonous, not bothering to answer Anders' question. Without waiting for them answering, she looked away from their gaze. There was no need to speak to them, though deep down, she craved human contact.
Tucker and Steph seemed a bit shocked by her cold attitude, but Anders didn't react. "Yeah, same as you." He replied. "I was from Amity." He admitted. "Same here." Steph said after awhile. "I'm erudite." Tucker replied hesitantly, shying away from Jenna now.
Jenna glanced at Tucker, her frown deepening for a moment. "Ah, another true mind is in this place?" She asked, tilting her head to the side, like she was sizing him up. After a moment, she looked away, her elbow resting on her knee, it propping up her chin. "It is a wonder that you left that place," she said, almost musing to herself.
Tucker shrugged in response. "I just wanted to get out of there. It was so...stuffy." He admitted with a nervous chuckle. "Dauntless just seemed some much more open and free minded." "Amen to that." Steph agreed with a snort. "Amity may be all nice and sunshine, but it gets boring."
"So I take it you're Erudite then?" Anders asked, chuckling
She tipped her hat lower, like she was trying to block him out. For a moment she was quiet, before she nodded. "That's right. I came here from Erudite," she replied, a sort of longing in her voice. She hated it here. She missed being around towers of books, the quiet hush that swam through the hallways. It was all so bitter-sweet.
"Huh.... Interesting." He mused. Finally, after a moment of silence, Steph got up. "I wanna explore around, so I'll see you guys later." She announced. "I'll come too." Tucker said, getting up with her. "Same. You wanna come? We've got about an hour before dinner." Anders offered as Steph and Tucker already started heading out
Jenna shrugged, slowly getting to her feet. Despite it being what she had been wanting to do, she couldn't help but feel a little irritated that she had to explore with these three. Exploring meant being by yourself, to figure out your surroundings, to make the most of it, just in case something happened. "Sure." There was nothing else to do for her, so why not take the opportunity to check out her new home? She followed after the three, telling herself that she was not going after them because she wanted to, but because she wanted to know the ins and outs of this place.

They mostly wandered around a bit, not really stopping at any one place, though they did check out the tattoo palor for a good while. Finally they made it to the training room, where a few dauntless were practicing. "Hey, look at those two!" Anders said suddenly, pointing to one of the dueling pairs. It was some big, intimidating dauntless boy facing off against some girl. Surprisingly though, it was the boy who was breathing heavily and sweating.
The girl, on the other hand, seemed barely out of breath. She wore a dark red beater that showed off her toned arms and black sweat pants. She had short red hair that came to just a bit under her ears. All together, she was actually quite attractive, with a kick-a** biker chick sort of way to her. She circled te boy evenly before he swung at her. Ducking under his swing, her right fist blurred as she jabbed at his throat. When he gagged and lowered his guard, she went to the floor, kicking his leg out from under him in a sweep. The boy fell with a loud thud before she stood again, hands on her hips and shaking her head, though she wore a crooked smile. She helped the boy up and said somethig to him, but it was hard to hear from here.
"Wow! That was... Crazy! Will we learn to do that?" Anders asked, but mostly to himself
Jenna trailed after the three, never truly walking beside them, only a shadow to them. As they neared the training room, a scowl appeared on her face. She watched the two spar for a moment, before shaking her head in scorn. "Barbaric actions, really," she muttered, sniffing irritably. Though she had joined Dauntless, known to be one to jump at fighting at a moment's notice, she hated fighting. It was mostly for people to flaunt what they got, it made them almost animals, fighting like this...

"Well, we do have to learn them if we're going to be accepted. Otherwise we'll be faction less." Tucker said with a nervous gulp. "Hey now, none of that!" Anders ordered with a frown. "But we should help back to eat now. We'll probably have to wake up early tomorrow." He suggested, already turning back.
(Time warp to the next day and first day of true initiation?)
(Sure! c: Though would you mind if it was a little earlier in the morning. If so, I shall do it, since you did the last time skip)
~Time warp~
Before everyone had awoken, Jenna had gotten up and had changed into new clothes, her hair pulled back in a tight ponytail. She walked out of the cafeteria, a piece of toast hanging out of her mouth, as she glanced around the place. She bit into it and chewed thoughtfully, perhaps she didn't have to fight, she could just make sure she was in fit condition. As she made it to the training room, she arched her back, pushing the door open.

Inside, it was almost completely empty. Almost. There were thuds coming from somewhere, like something hitting into wood or some similar material. Off near the farther wall, there was someone there too, but they didn't turn to see Jenna come in
Jenna frowned at the other sound, half irritated that she wasn't alone and half surprised that someone else was up this early. She rolled her shoulder, taking a deep breath. If she could just block out the sounds, she could do a couple laps around the training room. That was the least thing she could do.
Without looking at where the sounds were coming from, she started to stretch her arms, legs, and torso. She had no muscles, just thin arms and legs. It was a surprise that she was even able to get into Dauntless without hurting herself.
The thudding noise went on for a bit in a steady rhythm before it suddenly stopped. There was a long moment of silence as the other person approached the back wall and then returned to their former spot. Only then did the thudding continue once more. It was obvious now that they were throwing something or other at the back wall, which would explain the thudding noises. They still either didn't see or didn't care about Jenna's presence in the training room this early.
