He watched her for a moment before returning to his wTch, waking her when breakfast was ready.

Julianne stretched out as far as she could, her back stiff from lying down on the hard ground all night. She turned this way and that, trying to get her bones to cooperate, but they refused. She yawned, and then stood up to see what Joesph was up to. "That's starting to smell good." she said, looking over his shoulder.

It was rabbit and a few vegetables and beeries,"its for both of us" he said.

"Thanks." Julianne said, straightening up. She flicked her long red hair over her shoulder, and looked up at the sky. The clouds were grey, and nearly covered the heavens. "Think it'll rain?" she wondered aloud.

He smiled,"hope so"

Julianne raise an eyebrow, "Why? So we can get all wet and the horses die of hypothermia?"

"i have covers for them, the ground is dry, and i you are being tracked the rain will wash away any scent or trail of us" he said thinking about his animals he had left behind.

Julianne shook her head. "I would think that our scent would get stronger..." She paused, another thought coming into her head, "Why would anyone be tracking us anyway?" she wondered.

He shook his head,"you are wrong then" he said as he snuffed out the fire and scattered the ashes. He gazed up at her,"I've always been tracked" he said,"and you where pushed into the woods which caused you to find me, so we might be getting tracked.

Julianne shuffled her feet uneasily, wearily looking about. "Then we should get moving. I still need to find my brother."

"Thanks." Julianne took the reigns from Joesph, and hopped onto the horse with ease. Gently she led it around the remains of the campsite, where she waited for him to come back.

He jumped onto his horse gracefully and began trotting away, expecting her to follow.

Taking the obvious clue, Julianne clicked with her tongue, and the horse cantered to catch up with Joesph's. "How long until we arrive, do you think?"

He gazed back,"Tonight or tomorrow morning"

Julianne nodded, "How long until we have to stop to rest the horses?"

"If we continue like this about three shifts of the sun" he said.

Julianne raised her eyebrows, "What's that in real time?"

He frowned,"three shifts...," he muttered angrily then realized she wasn't trained like him,"uhh, three hours"
